“Brilliant in one way, rubbish in another! The woman on the till was work shy, which affected the queue. She made people wait while checking something on her phone. Sent me to customer care because she'd need to type the code in for my timber, rather than turning the wood over where the barcode was. Conversely, customer services were great. I needed for of something to qualify for discount, but they only had three in stock. She organised it so I didn't lose out and was really good about it.”

“Bought few sofas here over last 15 years and I have to say I keep returning only because of their quality sofas and customer service. I bought a sofa set today and the sales lady was really helpful. “We’ve been taking Teddy to Plush Pooches for 3 and a half years. Teddy is a Romanian Rescue who is very anxious and nervous and we never thought we would be able to take Teddy to a groomers after his first experience elsewhere. However with the encouragement and professionalism shown by all staff members at Plush Pooches Teddy now goes monthly for his grooming. “Stayed 5 nights and overall was very impressed. The bed was comfortable and, though the furnishings were a little dated, everything was functional and the room was very clean. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve come across, without having to ‘spend a fortune’, and the curries on the evening menu tasted like ‘real homemade cooking’….I tried 4 of them…enjoyed all of them and can highly recommend the Lamb Curry and the Butter Chicken! Add to that the convenient location (which does bring some noise from a busy road and proximity to South Ruislip station), secure parking, and reasonable pricing, and I would highly recommend it.”

“I had a fantastic service from Bedtime. It was recommended to me I needed a new bed after 13 years. I knew an independent shop would give better service and quality products. The product is high quality, not mass produced. Therefore, you may need to wait a few weeks for it to arrive. The two guys who delivered it took away my old broken bed, and quickly built the new one. Highly recommended.”
