A little nervous as first time dog owner taking our precious Bella to the groomer and not sure how she would react, we were pleasantly surprised to see Bella run into the groomers super excited and happy to stay. “I arrived early to get changed for a wedding and your systems were down but Sarah sorted everything out for me, got me into a room to be able to get changed. She was so helpful. In the morning Claire was on duty and the breakfast was really busy, she sorted me out and was so friendly and helpful. A great experience.”

“I just got my nails done from these guys. They were done by Harry! Im quite happy as they look very similar to the reference picture i showed him! I'd like to specially mention the manager, i think his name was Quoc , he was extremely kind and warm. Since it was my first time I didnt know alot of it but his warm energy helped calm my nerves!”
