“There was about 18 in our group today. We went for Christmas lunch after our craft class. The food was amazing. The service was exceptionally. Our meals arrived within a good time frame. Great value for money. We will definitely be going back in the new year.”

“Stayed 1 night following an in house party. We had asked for a twin room and were assured our allocated room was a twin. It wasn't but as we were only staying 1 night didn't want to make a fuss. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is modern, well decorated and modern. The rooms are well appointed with hair dryer and safe available. Breakfast was lovely with variations to the menu no trouble at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Very quiet property, safe and secure and amazing location. My husband and l have been staying for over a month and are really pleased we chose to stay here. Very close to the train station, Sainsbury’s, and the Shopping Centre is just round the corner too. Lots of lovely cafes and shops nearby , as well as great value for money , extremely helpful staff; Katie is such a great host and Jamie is always happy to help! “Great spot to be in Victoria London with lovely eateries, sport restaurants and meeting places. Kudos to working together. They need to make the pedestrians passage more free and not cluttered and difficult for pedestrians to get through without excusing other users. It was made wide open for users easy access not for businesses to extend themselves and block free movement for customers. Not rocket science!”

Was given to me for a present and finally got to use it , so glad I didn’t waste it Treatment - was amazing and the lady Jess L was so kind and informative. Being a plus size body makes me anxious when getting naked and in this kind of environment. However she made me feel good in myself and massaged me wonderfully. We used the stone message chairs and they are so comfortable and getting a lovely lunch at the end and using the pool and other facilities definitely will be coming back ! And recommend to anyone. Also to made it better my mum couldn’t have a certain treatment so getting a complementary drink was super kind”
