“I started my braces treatment at OrthoSmile in August 2023 and just got them off—and I’m honestly so happy with the results! My orthodontist, Dr. Saman, was amazing throughout. Every visit was smooth, professional, and you could really tell how experienced and dedicated he is. I had regular check-ups every 6–8 weeks, and everything was explained clearly at each stage. A huge shoutout to Ayaan at reception—she was always so lovely, helpful, and made booking appointments a breeze. Her friendly attitude made every visit that much nicer! I paid monthly through the interest-free plan, which made things really manageable. Now my teeth are perfectly straight, I’ve got my permanent retainers fitted at the back, and I’ll be wearing the removable ones at night. “On my appointment I was afraid but Dr Bhad and Ruppie was very comforting and helpful. She explained everything to me and reassured me on the process which calmed me down. “Popped in for a (very) late lunch , it was all amazing, halal and clean, had a plate of chicken, a bit of hummus and chips it all came to £10 including a drink. New owner is a very good and chatty lad, will surely be back soon .”

“A truly warm and welcoming atmosphere. We love Pakistani cuisine, and this meal was absolutely delicious, real finger-licking goodness. It has an open kitchen and the meals were prepared freshly prepared to order! The staff were extremely friendly and even guided us on what to order so we could enjoy a great experience while saving money. We chose the mixed grill, but the portions were far more generous than we expected! We ate to our hearts’ content and still had plenty left over, for which the staff kindly provided containers to take home. The mint soda was also amazing. We were offered complimentary green tea, served with both jaggery and sugar, such a memorable touch. We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while travelling from Heathrow Airport back to our home in Wales, and we’re so glad we did. We’ll definitely be visiting again, it’s truly worth the long drive!”

I used their collection special which was 12.99 for a x-large pizza; for the price it's hard to beat, flavors were pretty good, good size pizza and was ready very quick. It's actually better than the pizza I get in my local area in the States (and cheaper!).”

Dishes I've tried and highly recommend: - Chicken Tikka Masala - Butter Chicken - Chicken Tikka on Pratha - Paneer Tikka Masala - Chicken Tikka Biryani - Vegetable Biryani - Lamb Madras Their chilli sauce is amazing too! I always make sure to get a pot when I'm eating here, especially since I've not found anywhere else with the same flavour. Their fresh naan is a must too!”

The store was open early and the aisles felt fairly well stocked — I found fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and everything else I needed. The underground car park was handy, so I didn’t have to struggle with street parking and could load the car easily. Staff at checkout were polite and efficient, so I was out quicker than I expected. Overall, a solid option if you want most grocery and household items under one roof.”

“It was so heartbreaking to meet back to an islamic school right at the opposite corner close by from this hotel, 9 years after and discover that it is no more an Arabic school instead the students and Muslim teachers had relocated to a different far place, 3 years after.”

“Your man at the reception is absolutely nice, gentle and helpful. I had several inconveniences prior to my check in and because I couldn't communicate with the hotel on time to advise about my delay my reservation was cancelled. But your man managed to check me in and he also allowed me to stay an hour longer. My stay was a bit chaotic but the service I had from the hotel was absolutely fab. Really helpful receptionist, really nice with people and for the way I was treated I would certainly come back and I will certainly recommend to people I know. For a night stay it deffo did the job. Comfy bed, everything clean and good staff. I can only thank and share my appreciation.”

The hotel has nice enough rooms for what you would expect at the price point including a fridge, cooking facilities, and a smart tv hooked up ready to go. The area is nice and the people seem friendly and helpful. There are lots of nice shops as well as the regulars aka Mac Donald’s costa etc.”

If patients come late , how can they rearrange everyone’s appointments . There will be a massive dominoes effect . We are externally especially all the receptionists . They are our first port of call . We should be grateful for their Efficient , polite , courteous and professional service . Keep it up”
