“I recently had a hair transplant procedure with Dr. Dilan Fernando and his team, and from start to finish the entire experience was exceptional. Although I am still early in my recovery, and the final cosmetic result will take time to fully develop, I can already say that the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was outstanding. Consultation and Planning From the first consultation, Dr. Dilan Fernando was informative, reassuring, and meticulous. He took the time to study my facial proportions, my long term goals, and the overall donor strategy. His approach was honest, realistic, and focused on natural results that will age well. The hairline design was especially impressive. He created a hairline that suits my face perfectly and looks completely natural. Even immediately after the procedure, I was genuinely delighted with how it looked. Surgical Experience The procedure itself went extremely smoothly. Every member of the team played their part perfectly, and the entire process ran like a smooth and well coordinated machine. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived, and the atmosphere in the treatment room was calm, reassuring, and completely organised. The procedure lasted from 0800 to 1500, and at no stage did I feel rushed. Dr. Fernando personally oversaw everything and was involved throughout the entire procedure, and the graft handling, the implantation technique, and the donor area management were all carried out with real precision. I received 1,705 grafts. This included a combination of multi hair grafts and a large number of singular grafts for the front of my hairline. Some of these single grafts were carefully split from two, three and four hair grafts extracted by one of the technicians, which shows the level of detail and effort that went into creating a soft and natural looking hairline. Team and Aftercare Every nurse and technician I interacted with was warm, skilled, and genuinely invested in my comfort. The aftercare instructions were clear, simple, and easy to follow. Any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. Everything, from communication to cleanliness to patient comfort, was handled to a very high standard. Overall Impression Even though I am still at the beginning of my recovery, I am already extremely happy with the hairline design and the entire experience. Our meals were all very good, especially the size and batter on the fish. Was crispy, not wet or stodgy at all. The owner Sam was very friendly, welcoming and went out of his way to accommodate us. “I saw Dr. Michael Nigro for tooth pain and a suspected cracked molar. He identified the specific nightguard I needed (for clenching) and recommended an onlay to protect the cracking tooth long-term. We chose a gold onlay for its longevity and biocompatibility, which was essential for this molar. Dr. Nigro was quick to respond to my emails during this anxious time and worked calmly and efficiently. The gold onlay is like jewellery, overlaying a bad experience with beauty, and he also adjusted surrounding teeth to ensure my bite was perfect. The nightguard fits with micromillimeter precision and will help retrain my mouth to stop nighttime clenching.”

“Just wanted to share how I value dr Sebi and her receptionist' professional delivery, kindness and patience. Dr Sebi has been extremely proactive - by detecting a problem in one of my children's teeth, that no other dentist had thought worthwhile investigating into before (my daughter had not lost some of her milk teeth, and there was a sign at her age that something was not quite right, and Dr Sebi was completely correct!). Since then, there has been an amazing follow-up, and I keep being informed of the procedure by being copied into the emails. And now the practice is also very helpful with my other child, also sometimes telling him (and me) things that we do not want to hear, but with the best intention to make you understand what the status is of your teeth and how to look after them. Finally after hearing about how amazing Andrew is from his other clients I plucked up courage to go in.  The receptionist is lovely and also very understanding of my phobia. Andrew is very thorough, used all the latest equipment during my check up and then my fillings appointment. He took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Andrew has done a great job with my fillings and made me feel at ease when I wasn't to start of with. The lady who was assisting him was also very good. I'm going back again. P.S.
