“We are a portfolio landlord. we have developed 2 new houses and 2 flats just after pandemic. Before for put the properties under BTL scheme Krishna Ratna & co had to created new tiles and leases for the new properties. It was very complicated . During this time they help us to create new plans for the leases and give tax advices through their experts. Purva really help us a lot to complete the loan on time. She even helped me with our work while she was away on holiday. Their fees was reasonable. We are very happy with their legal work . We will continue working with Purva.”
