“Karolina is attentive, caring and most of all treats our dog as if her own. We have a lil boy that’s full of attitude and generally takes a while to warm up to people. It only took them 2 walks before they were inseparable friends. Our dog gets super excited to go for walks with Karolina and his other furry friends. We could not recommend Karolina enough. She really cares about all the dogs, and ensures the personalities fit each other by scheduling them on specific days.”

“Such a professional and thorough service as ever from the specialists at the London Diagnostic Centre. I had a consultation with Dr Sonia Dudeja who specialises in menopause and perimenopause care. She helped explain and normalise my symptoms and she also addressed the topic in a really holistic way by talking about lifestyle, stress, time of life etc. She talked about other women’s experiences and the different ways women can choose to manage symptoms, which was incredibly informative and helped set me at ease. “I had a coolant leak, they took a few days to investigate (gave me regular updates) and then found the issue, fixed at a good price and haven't had a coolant leak since! They dont take any shortcuts, they fully investigate and present you several options. Have also used them for many other jobs on my car. “I saw Dr. Michael Nigro for tooth pain and a suspected cracked molar. He identified the specific nightguard I needed (for clenching) and recommended an onlay to protect the cracking tooth long-term. We chose a gold onlay for its longevity and biocompatibility, which was essential for this molar. Dr. Nigro was quick to respond to my emails during this anxious time and worked calmly and efficiently. The gold onlay is like jewellery, overlaying a bad experience with beauty, and he also adjusted surrounding teeth to ensure my bite was perfect. “I recently accompanied my mum for some dental treatment with Bomi Yi, and we couldn’t be more impressed. She removed several teeth and remade a denture, handling everything with great professionalism. The extractions were carried out with such skill that the process was as painless as possible. What really stood out was her patience and kindness. Despite a language barrier (my mum is not a native English speaker), she took the time to communicate clearly and always checked that my mum was comfortable before any potential moments of discomfort, even the minor ones. This made the whole experience much less stressful. She is also an excellent communicator. Her explanations were clear and easy to follow, and the advice she gave was thoughtful and tailored to my mum’s concerns, which made her feel genuinely understood.
