I found dental beauty Bromley online, as soon as I came in, the receptionists were so welcoming. I had the pleasure of having Jan and wow, she is amazing. She really is working with me to get me the best smile. Also I’d also like to mention Katie, the hygienist. Only met her once but she is great. She really does put you at ease, explaining everything she is doing and what I need to do going forward. A lovely team!!!”

We'd tried multiple shampoos, mousses, sprays, combs, coconut oil, tea tree, silent prayer, witchcraft... all to no avail. From the get-go, Sarah made my 3yo feel extremely relaxed – with a bit of help from Elsa and Anna – and went about destroying the lice we'd struggled with for a year. Sarah is not only an expert, she knows how to handle unruly kids (and frustrated adults), and she has a few good stories to tell too. We had to go back a couple of times to get the last few out, but it was actually a real pleasure to be at Sarah's place, and nothing like the hellish experience I'd imagined it to be. “Searched for alternative retailers to change my battery as usually take my watch to Goldsmiths. The watch is a divers Breitling so needs to be sealed with special equipment. Raymond was professional, friendly and obviously knowledgeable. He talked me through their process and a colleague of his (John) sealed the watch and changed the battery. Had it back quicker than Goldsmiths and will certainly use Raymond again. A true gent and top service which really is lacking nowadays. Actually sent my daughter to Raymond to change her watch battery later that afternoon. 5 star, cheers Raymond.”

“A Covid test will never be as pleasant as a massage. The best we can hope for is that it's not any more unpleasant than absolutely necessary. I had booked the 12 hour fit-to-fly PCR test, was served at the time booked, given the choice to self-test under supervision or have the staff do it, and staff were very polite throughout - nothing to complain here. The result arrived after less than six hours - very happy with that. In an ideal world, I would never do a Covid test again, but in the real world, if I need one in the future, I'm likely to use the same service.”

“A fantastic practice! I first started seeing Dr O’Brien some 20 years ago. However, after moving very far away I eventually switched dentists (after still travelling hours to Bromley for a few years as I really did not want to have to find a new dentist). The service was never the same at my new surgery, and the customer focussed attention just was not there. This came to a head a month or so ago, so I decided to get back in touch with Rochester Lodge. They were nothing short of amazing and to my delight, Dr O’Brien was still there! I’ve now re-registered and have had three wonderful visits (and I do mean wonderful as I had some serious pain and problems that were resolved professionally). All the staff there, including reception and the nurse have been so welcoming and most have worked there for years. Nice touch is that they remember you! Rochester Lodge is again now our family dentist, even if it takes up half the day to get there and back!”

Originally thought it would take up to 10 days to get the parts in then three days for the work, I dropped the car on Monday at 11am and picked it up Tuesday 4pm, repaired perfectly and cleaned. Very friendly, helpful service and obviously very fast. Can't comment on value for money though as my car is annoyingly expensive to repair.”
