I then asked for some advice on removing a bolt with a stripped head on the auxiliary battery cover, without asking for money, he spent ages trying to get it out. After removing it, he quoted me 30 quid to change the auxiliary battery and said he could do it right then, which I was going to do myself if I could've got that stripped bolt out. 20 or so minutes later, the new battery is in and the drivetrain error message is gone. Seemed like honest and knowledgeable people, will be my go to next time my BMW inevitably goes wrong.”
