“Prior to their closure, I took my cars to a trusted garage. Since that point, I had been on the hunt for another trusted garage (which I believe can be difficult at times). But thankfully I came across DRA. From making an initial enquire via email (promptly answered), receiving a quote for the work needed, receiving an update on when the work was complete to making payment and collecting my cars (2 cars have been taken here so far at different points), I would find it a struggle to go somewhere else. As of recently, they were very very understanding regarding a payment issue, which can be stressful for both sides the customer and garage, but they were understanding and not aggressive in any manner. If you're looking for a garage that is honest, reasonably priced and professional, you've found it.”

“Absolutely fantastic service from Ben. 100 percent would recommend. If you are looking for an honest, skilled and reasonably priced mechanic in the area look no further. I contacted Ben a few weeks ago with an issue I had with my parking brake. What started out as a small issue turned out to be a huge job as we discovered more and more bits that needed doing. This issue took multiple attempts to fix with different hiccups along the way but he kept at it and got it resolved. Having watched him work I can say with certainty that he is very knowledgeable and is keen to carry out the work to a perfect standard rather than rush and do the bare minimum. Throughout all my interactions with him he was pleasant and polite and acknowledged all my needs and concerns. “I've only ever had my beard done here so can't comment on the haircuts. My facial hair is kept in tip top condition and I'm a happy repeat customer. The barbers in there are friendly and willing to chat. But something I really wanted to shout out was when I once saw a customer in there with mental disabilities. They didn't just accommodate him, but rather they were actively warm and friendly and tried to keep him engaged through his haircut. THAT'S when they won my permanent business. It gets really busy in here so you're best off either making an appointment or going in at off peak times. Also, there's a stamp card scheme (9th haircut is free).”

“Emma is a great groomer....not just dogs either. She's professional, and what I like best is she's quick. So no hanging about which is good for my slightly nervous dog. An added bonus is she has the shop and a mobile service which covers all bases if your time is restricted. Her prices are very competitive and unlike a lot of groomers she actually gets back to you. Clearly, she's just dog mad. Oh and she does before and after photo's, and has lots of doggie items at great prices.”

“Pedro did a fantastic job of fixing our washing machine. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered in the replacement part and came back to fit it within just a few days (and this was over New Year too). His work is of a very high standard and you could tell that he actually cares about doing a good job. On a personal level I found Pedro polite and trustworthy. He is a good communicator too. He took time to explain to us what he was doing while examining our washing machine and that helped with our decision making. He responded quickly to our phone messages, which not all tradespeople do. Overall I would be very confident in recommending Perdro's services to anyone.”

“Visited today for a 4pm appointment. Although had uploaded everything online and only came for biometrics all in all took 1 hour. Outside was not busy like the other pics, no need to wear mask unless you want to. Inside there were plenty of people and the agent I had was very informative and friendly. Parking was done nearby Ruskin Square Car Park: very secure and clean, unlike other car parks I've seen nearby. I don't know if it's normal practice or because it's Friday, around 4:20pm to 4:30 pm they were letting in people who had appointment at 5pm.”
