“In all honesty, this is a fantastic nursery. My son really felt at home and his key workers: sukhi and saman, are amazing! He’s learnt so much from the staff there and they really do care about their children and are very nurturing. Their ethos and atmosphere is praise-worthy. It was my son’s last day today and I am so sad to say goodbye to this nursery. What made me even more emotional, was seeing the staffs sadness towards my son leaving. You can tell they have a family atmosphere in the school and children are made to feel at home. Thank you twinkle totz for all that you have done for my sons development. You will be missed.”

The café area was clean, calm, and well organised. What really stood out was the customer service — friendly, attentive, and professional. A special mention to Michelle and Iwone, who were both welcoming, helpful, and made the visit feel genuinely enjoyable. Great value for money and a nice atmosphere. My all group is happy with the stay. Breakfast is nice n staff Ranjita and Dibbya is very good and ready to help us. Jose at front desk is cherry on top and so as bar guy. Unlike other taxi services that I have used ( cough acacia cars cough. ) The prices are good, and the controllers are always very polite and help to clear things up quite quickly. Would recommend to both family and friends. They have a good loyalty scheme where you can save money so definitely worth it. Very pleased.”
