It’s a wonderful environment always filled with happy faces and the space is perfect for children to ‘network’ & build a number of skills, including social, communication, logical, physical and imagination! Equipped with loos as well as feeding & changing stations, it’s a no brainer! This place is perfect to visit multiple times and let the little ones blow off some steam!! Highly recommend!”

“My daughter has been at The Pickford since she was 9 months old and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! All of the staff have been fantastic and my daughter loves going to nursery. They’ve helped my husband and I as first time parents to understand the different milestones, set realistic goals and handle dealing with tantrums! The nursery has such a wonderful family feel to it and has helped my daughter gain skills, confidence and make fantastic friends (with the other children and staff!). “Ruislip Stars Nurseries is a fantastic nursery that my husband and I would highly recommend. Our daughter started at Victoria Road but has now moved to the new St Mary's (on the Fairway) branch. Our daughter has attended full-time since she was ten months old and has thrived under the care and affection shown by the whole team. They have always provided the highest level of care and enabled her to achieve her full potential. Our daughter suffers from multiple severe food allergies and it is very reassuring knowing that she is being looked after by such a diligent team. Nicole is a wonderful leader and is working with a fantastic team. Our son also attended the setting during his summer holidays and had nothing but positive things to say - in fact he was a little sad when his time there came to an end! Thank you Ruislip Stars for being so amazing!”

“Our daughter (now in year 8) has been at Edge Grove since year 6 having spent all her previous schooling in the French system. We joined the school at a time when the new headmaster, Me Evans, was still putting in place his vision, but we felt that he knew exactly what he was wanting to do, and we completely bought into that vision. We have not been disappointed. The pastoral care has been first rate, particularly helping our daughter in the transition to a British Independent school. From what we have seen, any pastoral issues are dealt with speedily and sensitively. Great emphasis is put on politeness and creating the right environment for learning, whilst enjoying everything that the school has to offer. The education curriculum is innovative, supportive and stretching, and the school is doing a fantastic job of supporting all year 8 pupils in preparation for CE, truly differentiating based on the schools they are applying to and the exams they will be taking. Extra-curriculum activities are great too - the Director of Music is fantastic and the improvement in the quality of all school music activities has been marked, while the head of girls' games is really raising the bar too. Staff go beyond what one might expect and respond rapidly and helpfully to any questions or concerns. The parent community is friendly and welcoming. The school certainly deserves its recent rating of Excellent in all regards from the Independent Schools Inspection. I highly recommend the school to any prospective parent.”

“My daughter has been attending little cubs for over 6 months and she loves it. She seems very happy and I’m really pleased with how much effort the staff clearly put into activities and keeping the classes entertained! They offer opportunities for parents and grandparents to visit and read books which I have really enjoyed as I get to meet the whole class! They do evening online classes for parents to learn about sleep and food from specialists. My daughter seems to love the food and eats all sorts of things she doesn’t try at home so I’m pleased she is getting that variety. The staff spend a good amount of time with you at the end of the day letting you know all about your child’s day which I really appreciate. Overall just a fantastic experience.”

“I have been at first rung for 3 years, the staff are really nice and supportive. I have achieved a lot in the last 3 years . I completed level 1 childcare and L1 in digital media, I also achieved L1 Maths and L1 English , at the moment I am doing L2 English, and Child care work placement in the nursery, during this time I have had a great support from the Tutors , staff working in the First rung, they made me feel welcome, valued, meet my individual needs.”

“So my son has been going here for nearly a year now and I can honestly say this is a really good Nursery. The front office staff are incredibly helpful and very polite and welcoming and very understanding. As for my son's class there have been amazing he loves to go there he's learning a lot. They helped us with his toilet training, and he was out of nappies in next to no time. I was expecting it to be very hard and difficult, but we did what they advised, and within a week he was out of nappies. Genuinely, if you're looking for a really good nursery, I would highly recommend you just go there for yourself. Have a look around, speak to them, and I'm sure you'll place your little one there.”

“Studying Level 3 Business at this college has truly opened up a range of new opportunities for me as a student and individual. When I first enrolled, I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted to do but I found that it was very multifaceted as it introduced me into many different interesting topics like finance, principles of management, entrepreneurship, marketing, corporate law ect. Also, within this course I was introduced to the Career Ready programme by my teachers, who encouraged me to sign up and I’m grateful they did. Thanks to their support, I now have a mentor, valuable corporate work experience, a developed LinkedIn account, and most importantly, an entirely clear sense of direction for my future. I’m incredibly grateful to Betty, Funmi, Ruksana, and Saj for their encouragement and guidance throughout this journey. A special thanks also goes to Lola and Francesca, whose support with improving my CV, personal statement, and helping me secure further work experience has been incredibly useful. “Was in town and love the Hard Rock Cafe had a tour of the vault from the nice bloke in there (28th June) then found this little place hidden round the corner. Lovely spot it was just me in for a while as it was a Tuesday at 1 like. The bar tender Dan was a class bloke was really nice speaking to him and the GM who was also in for a bit. I’ll be coming in with the family if we’re down in London anytime soon.”

“This Busy Bees is absolutely outstanding. Our kids are so, so happy when they go and their development has been clear for everyone to see. The communication from the nursery is brilliant, even on weekends and out of hours and we firmly believe that they care for our children really well.
