“CMW hero’s I have just had a VW Golf serviced at one of the local dealerships. They reported that one of the seat belts was stuck. When I collected the car the adapter for the dog lead was stuck, it has a number of attachments and the wrong one had been used, they refused to accept responsibility and we left. We went straight to CMW to desperately ask for some help, my wife was ferrying around our daughter and her brides maids the following day looking for a wedding dress and needed all the seats. One of the guys had a look, tried and tried to release the seat belt and after a lot of determination and skill managed to get the dog lead adapter free. We are so grateful and cannot thank them enough.”

“DLG Auto services Orpington were absolutely fantastic. The two gentlemen that came to pick up my car and were very polite and efficient. They explained that to would take them about 10 minutes to take out their inspection before taking the car away. I’m sorry but I forgot their names. The car was repaired in a day with feedback every step of the way. The next morning I received a call to say the car was repaired and a very pleasant lady asked what time was suitable for them to return the car. I received call from a gentleman named Gary whom was on his way. Once again a very pleasant and professional man. Would definitely recommend DGL. Thank you so much”

“I've known Andy (the proprietor) for 30 years. His work is exemplary and reasonably priced. He managed to fix my 1987 SL300 starting issue without hesitation. Both the cost of labour and parts were great value, and my car was well looked after throughout the process. Great communication and clear invoicing made this a great experience. “I've been taking my cars and I've had quite a few, to Mark Transport for years. I've had MOTs carried out, servicing and quite recently the brakes on my Focus ST. I always find the communication to be faultless whether it's by email or phone, and clear and concise customer service. Clear indication of price and work, to be carried out and all in an acceptable time scale. Genuine parts used whilst car is under manufacturers warranty if required. Mark Transport is well situated and convenient for public transport and I will continue to use and recommend them.”
