“A must visit for anyone who wants to see our rich tradition of pubs in East London before it's too late. Don't just pose outside making TikTok videos, get yourself multiple pints of beer and make sure you have a good old chinwag with as many people as you can around the tables before getting hoofed out onto the cobbles at closing time. Piano night on a Monday is a great buzz. This place is the only pub I know in inner city London serving Crouch Vale and it's very nice. The ESB will also give you some old strong London flavours if you've never had it before. The staff are cool and I want to see this place stay the same for another 100 years.”

As a 62 year old man accompanying his wife on a birthday gift idea I was apprehensive about the idea of a beginner’s class, not least about dancing with others. But I need not have worried. It was relaxed, structured, instructive and, above all, a good laugh. Give it a go, especially if you’re concerned about your first dance class.”

“Such an incredible place to train pole dancing. The owner Veronica is an amazing instructor who puts her heart into teaching and making her students better and better each time. I had an incredible time when I was going there, I could see a great improvement in my strength and flexibility over only a couple of months. The atmosphere at the studio is super friendly, the instructors are lovely and helpful. The studio itself is well looked after, clean and spacious. There's always water and snacks available for students. I never experienced any problems when attending classes at Exotica Pole Dance and if I could, I'd spend all my time there. It's the best place to go to if you want to become a great pole dancer.”

“My daughter has been attending the holiday camps at the Rosy Thompson Academy of Dance for a few years now. The camps are energetic, engaging and offer a great balance between having fun, confidence building and the opportunity to make new friends of a similar age. My daughter certainly enjoys the camps! Watching her perform in the end of week mini show is a great opportunity to witness first hand the progress she has made..... and the smile on her face!”

“We attended a private commercial/hip-hop dance class for a hen do and everything was excellent! The Events Team were very responsive and reliable throughout the booking process. Our dance class was with Wallis who was fabulous! She had an amazing energy which put us all at ease and got us in the mood! She choreographed a fab routine that perfectly suited our mixed-ability/experience group and we all had so much fun. It’s definitely made us want to come back for some of her regular classes in the future! Would highly recommend!”

“I was thoroughly impressed by the facilities at Unit3 studios. The studio is incredibly spacious, never feeling crowded. What stands out the most is the impeccable cleanliness – the floors, mirrors, and change rooms are always spotless. The sound system is high-quality, and the ventilation is excellent, so it never gets stuffy. Dancing here feels like a luxury. It’s clear that great thought has been put into creating a comfortable and inspiring space.”

“Beautiful space for dance lessons, particularly for children, very close to Roman road and Victoria Park. Only problem is a 3rd floor and there is no lift, so people with mobility problems will have a hard time. You can rent it for rehearsals, birthday parties and more.”

“I've been going to this place for aerial hoop and I had a great and fun experience in there! The Spanish teacher (Irene) has a great technical skills to teach all the tricks and transitions while making sure you are safe!. If you are thinking of starting aerial hoop I strongly recommend this place!”

“Been here to offer my service multiple times and love this place , I highly recommend for birthday parties , staff are friendly and kids will have a lovely time ! Upstairs where children eat also good space and clean ! Parking not a problem as they have their own , I always find it easy park aswell !!”

“I had a really nice stay, booked myself a private room number 7 with bathroom. It had a big window that opens fully into the inner yard, was lovely. Breakfast is super, English breakfast served by very nice ladies. The place is greatly located next to Hyde Park and metro lines.”

“My 4 year old daughter started at Suzanne dance school 6 months and really enjoys ballet and theatrical music classes she attends amazing school who gives everyone and opportunity to hike on confidence and also enjoy them selves whilst learning new skills. “Lindy Hop classes are awesome. work out and have fun at the sound of the best Jazz music. ...and meet a lot of new friends. A short stroll from Greenwich town centre, there is something for everyone.”

“My girlfriend and I decided to get tattoos while on vacation. Stopped in the Crystal Palace location and was greeted immediately. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Our Artists Eddy did a great job. He listened to what we wanted and when we came back to our appointment had great options for us to choose from. The design for my tattoo had much more detail than the initial draft. When he began to run over the time he quoted he told me I would not be charged extra. As time continued to pass he did not rush. Towards the end he even added in a few more small details and finishing touches to make it better. Through everything he was nice and very easy to talk to. His attention to detail and dedication to his art and clients is top notch. In the end I got much more than I paid for and left with amazing art. Definitely would recommend this shop if you are in the area and looking for great work in a comfortable atmosphere.”

“A few weeks back I was collecting my daughter from her classes in the centre and I purposely arrived a little earlier so that I would have time for my mid day prayer. I asked the lady at reception if the centre had a religious room. She was a little unhelpful and abrupt with an immediate no without apology. Not long after an absolute lovely gentleman by the name of Joe asked if I just needed a room which I replied yes he then guided me to a back room that had very dim beautiful lighting and only housed a ping pong table. I was so grateful. Just that small act of consideration and kindness made all the difference and immediately changed my mind about my initial interaction with the receptionist. Again thank you so much Joe. Your kindness went a very long way.”
