“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Abdi at Pizza Tonight! After our first delivery was unfortunately cancelled, Abdi personally stepped in, prepared the pizza himself, and made sure it was delivered to our home exactly as promised. His dedication, professionalism, and work ethic really stood out. What impressed us most was his communication — clear, proactive, and genuinely reassuring throughout. Abdi is a real star, and the Pizza Tonight team must look after and value such an exceptional team member. Abdi is truly a hard-working manager and a real credit to Pizza Tonight. Highly recommended!”

“Nobu is above the price range where we normally eat out but as we are fans of Nippon food, thought it was worth visiting the grand daddy of Japanese/Peruvian restaurants. It was an enjoyable experience, if dear. Our main waiter was excellent, advising on how much to order, deciding on the sequence and pairing of food arrivals, and instructing us how to best to enjoy certain dishes. This was not the case with all staff who sometimes just dumped dishes on our table. Happily our main waiter stopped by to instruct us to taste the miso black cod on its own first before trying it with the dots of sauce and saving the wand of pickled ginger for the end. Similarly the dry miso powder served with the grilled asparagus was meant to be sprinkled on top, though we also used it as condiment for dipping. First to arrive was a double order of tuna tacos with dry miso. Very delicious, served at room temperature and the seasoning was more reminiscent of truffle than miso. Tiny portion, though, with taco shells just shy 3 inches in diameter. Second to arrive were the star dishes of black cod miso and grilled asparagus with dry miso, both served warm. Portion sizes were thankfully generous. The black cod was delicious because the sweet miso and mirin marinade was applied very thinly and grilled until slightly blackened, so the flavour was complex rather than just sweet. It didn't need the dots of extra marinade mixture on the plate which we both found too sweet. A long thin stalk of pickled ginger was decorative both for its sculptural shape as well as its fuschia to white ombre hue. However, it tasted just like the pickled ginger you normally get with sushi. Asparagus was attractively charred but still succulent so probably blanched prior to grilling. Apologies for the photos as we started tucking into this course before remembering to take a photograph. Next to arrive were chicken skewers with anticucho sauce. Chicken breast was shockingly tender and juicy. I do not know how the kitchen team achieved this texture. Anticucho sauce was okay but nothing special--pretty much the same as in other Nippon restaurants. The garnishes of pickled cauliflower, hijiki and daikon were a lovely contrast. A sweet puree of pumpkin was a nice foil for the anticucho sauce. This portion consisted of two large skewers. Finally our order of maki fillers arrived. We had been unnecessarily worried about tiny portions so ordered a few rolls to fill up on rice. Scheduling these to arrive last was last was a brilliant move on the part of our waiter, as these items were not spectacularly different from maki rolls available at any Japanese takeaway that uses decent fish and serves sushi rice at the correct temperature. I liked the futomaki style house roll served with soy. We also had yellow tail and Jalapeno roll served with ponzu. We took home some maki's in a takeaway box because we were full. The restaurant is windowless in the basement though there is a pretty honey wood decor, recalling both Scandi and Japanese aesthetics. The wood panelling also resulted in excellent acoustics. The disco beats from the bar were far away enough not to be disturbing. Portion sizes were mainly good. I was a little surprised that the only South American ingredient in our order was chilli. We washed down our meal with the cheapest red at £55 which was very pleasant. This is at a price point where we might not dine here again. Dinner for two including the bottle of house wine came to £219. I was glad for the experience and certainly learned some new things to try to reproduce at home.”

“Managed to turn up and seat a group of 9 last Saturday evening. Service was fab - thanks Petero for looking after us! Very quick out with drinks and food. Had to send back corn on the cob as not warm enough but they sorted it super quick. Otherwise great. Lovely cocktails, delicious food. Kids meal was great value and the churros were really tasty. Will definitely head there next time we’re at the O2.”

“I have 6 movie tickets to use every year through my bank account. We haven't used them for years, it's just more convenient to watch at home. Had a great time here watching Mean Girls though. The service was quick, the seats were comfortable and prices were reasonable (with a 50% discount voucher for popcorn). There were people talking all the way through, which you don't get at home, but it wasn't too bad.”

“What fun this place is! Situated nextdoor to Westbourne Park underground (Circle and Hammersmith lines) The Quiet Night Inn is wonderful. Lovely Staff and fine beer from Forest Road. No cask ales at the moment but equivalents from the keg a well kept pool table. It looks like 100% wet on my visit. A new band making the place work, fantastic. Pay a visit when you can, well worth it.”

“Vue Cinema London delivered a solid overall experience when I went yesterday to watch Dhurandhar. Booking was straightforward, and getting in was quick with clear signage and staff on hand if needed. The screen and sound were strong throughout the film, and the picture quality stayed sharp with good brightness and contrast, which made the action and atmosphere land well. The seating was comfortable enough for a full feature, and the auditorium felt well maintained. It did get a bit busy around showtime, so there was the usual pre-film rush at concessions, but it moved reasonably fast. Cleanliness was generally good, including the seating area and common spaces. Overall, a reliable choice for a night at the movies in London—good presentation, smooth entry, and a comfortable watch. I’d happily return, especially for big releases where sound and screen quality really matter.”

“The peak of cinema experiences. If you haven't experienced something like this before you will be amazed at the size of the cinema rooms. Massive would be an understatement. The lobby area is very spacious though they can do with faster service at times. There are no prices displayed anywhere at the counters which I find insane. You have to ask the staff how much every single thing costs to be able to make a choice. And post COVID-19 inflation has really had an impact and made cinema experiences quite pricey but that is not a VUE issue. One thing I really don't like is that you have to pick your seats with different seats having different pricing. That's a bit too much money milking for me. I would prefer they just had the lowest price and seats was first come first serve like it has always been. I paid for seating at the back and ended up in a basically empty room and couldn't help feeling like I should have just paid for the cheapest seats and just sat anywhere I wanted since the room was empty. One advantage of this particular location is that it is situated within a retail park so you can park for free, as opposed to other VUE locations that are within malls work paid parking.”

“I recently visited Taverna In The Park in London, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was! Nestled in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the setting is relaxed and perfect for grabbing a bite after a walk. I ordered the halloumi souvlaki wrap, and it was packed with flavor—perfectly grilled halloumi with a slight crisp on the outside, fresh salad, and a deliciously creamy sauce, all wrapped in warm pita. The skin-on fries were crispy and well-seasoned, making them the perfect side. The staff was friendly, and service was quick despite a steady stream of customers. The homemade lemonade was also a highlight—refreshing and not too sweet. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Taverna In The Park for a casual, satisfying meal. “I stumbled upon Mimi’s Kitchen Eat-In and Takeaway for a late lunch, and I’m so glad I did. The food selection was impressive—fresh, well displayed, and ready to go. I had the Jollof rice (absolutely divine) and the “fish platter”, which was perfectly seasoned and sweet, tender plantain. I also tried a bit of my friend’s moinmoin and it was DELICIOUS. (I literally want it right now.) The customer service was lovely too—the server was kind & mindful when my friend asked if the Jollof and moinmoin had been cooked with any meat, as she’s veggie. It’s always appreciated when staff are considerate about dietary requirements. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to make the drink options and their prices a little easier to view—it would make adding a drink to your meal a bit more effortless. But honestly, that’s the only (tiny) thing. All in all, a perfect lunch find!”

“When you go out to an expensive nightclub in place located right within the heart of London, specially located anywhere near Berkeley Square, you do not count your money. Quality experience is what counts. The aim of going into a nightclub such as Luxx is not to focus your energies into staff behavior but to seize every moment to enjoy the music, savor the drink, and live in the moment. Rather than justifying the amount paid to get into a club and focusing on negatives with the purpose of badmouthing later on, one should learn to be a little more tolerant. I only say this because nightclubing lifestyle is completely different from living in a day lifestyle where people have their sleeves down and are expected to do things right by following appropriate standards. Yes, it is also true that the crowed can get rowdy at times and the staff members have to deal with visitors nuisance yet they have to gather courage to carry on serving other visitors and to see the night through despite challenges. So, in short, I just want to say, relax, and have a good time.”

“We came here just expecting a basic meal but the staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the food was seriously amazing. I had a candle at our table, that I had purchased, and one of the staff actually offered to light it for me which was really sweet. So we had a nice candle lit meal and the waitress was brilliant and attentive, friendly and smiling, happy to assist. It was just brilliant.”
