“My wife is disabled, so we booked the wheelchair seats at top of cinema 6. The staff were most helpful assisting us in the lift and making sure the toilet was unlocked. The cinema seating arrangement was superb, clean and very comfortable. A member of staff then helped us back to the lift. Congratulations to staff members and a big thank you to them, sorry I didn’t get their names. A very pleasant experience and a good film.”

She was having a bit if a nightmare with her computer system bless her, but she was very welcoming and apologetic even though it wasn't her fault.
