The food and service is amazing as the staff are great every time. Also the “H’s Super Bowl (with fruit)” is incredible and would definitely recommend (look at attached pictures).”

“Hired the function room for a 60th birthday and I’ve gotta say that it was faultless. The food was amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. I highly recommend. We had visited as an off the cuff birthday, mainly for the cocktails tbh. The food was nice, the drinks great, the atmosphere amazing, the service excellent. Even when the birthday cake came out, which I hadn't expected. As an impromptu evening it was great and I look forward to returning with a larger group.”

“I have been using Westmead Halal for many years and I don't remember having a bad meal from them. I have used other Indian restaurants from time to time but I always return to Westmead Halal. Their naan bread are one of the nicest I've had. I would highly recommend them and if you order via their own website and collect they offer amazing discounts.”

“Amazing Staff. Few weeks ago, I entered in the coffee shop few minutes before the closing time, I been very welcome by the staff (2ladies). The barista tooks time to describe me each coffee. “I've been to this pub a few times at the weekend for the food and also for the entertainment. On Fridays, i have visited with friends, and there has been a karaoke. The guy doing it is great and gets everyone involved. My friends and I have also been on a Saturday and have enjoyed the food and often stay for the disco after. The DJ is great and always tries to fit in song requests. The atmosphere has always been good and the staff are very friendly, it is also great that the pub is dog friendly and the staff are more than happy to get a bowl of water for you when needed which is great.”

“I have been going here fairly regularly for a number of years and it’s currently the best is ever been. The staff are fantastic, always welcoming and keen to help with whatever you need. The food is well priced, fresh and very tasty with a good variety of options. The lovely little garden is a bonus for a town centre pub and there are lots of themed evenings that are good fun. Well worth a visit.”

“What a wonderful pub. It was fairly quiet when we were there but had a great chat with both the Guvnor and her daughter who have been running this pub for quite some time. The is quite a bit of space to move around in with a bar running parallel to the front of the building. There is outside seating down the side of the pub, but don't forget to say hello to their resident cockatoo as you go out. The Guinness was excellent as was the Courage Best Bitter.”
