“Cafe run by charity Mencap - fantastic initiative to give people with learning disabilities the chance to learn skills in catering, customer services and hospitality. I have never eaten there but just had a quick coffee / kids snacks - it doesn't feel that warm and cosy to me, so I've never been tempted to linger too long. My suggestion would be to remove the PCs and introduce some sofas and perhaps some toys or games. Not sure how feasible that would be!”

Cannot go wrong with the staples: hot masala chai, papadums, garlic naan, bombay mix, butter chicken and lamb Biriyani. Food took a little long to arrive to table, but it was well worth the wait! Our server is named Freya and was very friendly! Highly recommend if in the Watford area.”

“Called in for breakfast today and was met by lovely friendly staff. Seated in a booth with my friends and the place looked clean and comfortable. Only 2 waitresses on so a slight delay but it didn’t detract from the experience. I enjoyed my Cote breakfast and the produce was quality and very tasty. Beautiful poached eggs. Excellent service throughout and I would recommend Cote Brassiere.”

She worked quickly to get it clear, and made sure we were well looked after! what a lovely lady, thank you for your service!! “My stay for 2 nights here was lovely. They room was spacious and had all the basic amemities including a Nespresso machine. The only let down in my opinion was the size of the bathroom which was tiny. The staff at reception as well as the restaurant are amazing and genuinely care of the guests.”

It’s minutes away from the train station, rooms are spacious, there’s air con, comfortable bed, good breakfast times, quiet and I left an item behind in the room and they were absolute stars in getting it back to me. “It's always busy here during weekends, but I am always lucky to have a corner table not sharing with others. The food is really delicious and the broth is so tasty in the ramen. The hostess is very attentive and very quick on giving us a table. The atmosphere is great. I could see an open kitchen where they dispensed the orders. I also tried their healthy smoothie, although it's good but the glass is too small for the price.”

“Plenty of open space and wooded areas to explore, with the well appointed hub for all your other needs(cafe, toilets), and a great play park for the kiddies. Miniature railway and a small farm nearby, can't recommend enough. We went for this year's fireworks display and it didn't disappoint. Well worth a family visit.”

“We had a great stay at Premier Inn Watford North! The location is perfect—only about a 10-minute Uber ride to Harry Potter World. The service was excellent, and a big shoutout to Michael, our server, who was amazing with our two older girls and really made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this place for families visiting the studios!”

“Best premier inn for load of different things. 1. Location 20 mins on train into Central London 2. Staff amazing friendly and service is great. Shout out to Zoe for making feel at home 3 cost so close to London but so much value for money. 4. Easy to drive to 5 mins from M1 and cheap parking. 5. Very clean and tidy.”
