Music is fab and the cleanliness of the place is never compromised. They take great attention to customer excellence with anyone and everyone. “John and his team at Kuchen in Bromley were very helpful and we are very pleased with our kitchen. The quality of the units are amazing and would always use German going forward and recommend Kuchen. There was a few issues along the way but John ensured that everything was finished to perfection and the issues were rectified. Some of the issues were out of his control like oven was broken and you would not know this till we opened the box. The worktop people were so professional and their work was really top quality. The wrong size sink arrived and the Quartz was fitted. The worktop people sorted this out and you can see how good it was done.”

“Popped in to see whether they could fix a broken clasp on a silver necklace, and they switched out the clasp in — literally! — seconds, and refused to accept any money for it. Amazing service, very friendly.”

“Maritza was incredibly facilitating and helpful when I tried on a few shoes in store. She brought out insoles for me to better help me visualise how the shoe would fit when I eventually do buy, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the brand. There was also a lady with a headscarf (I didn’t get her name) who was brilliant in making me feel welcome, offering me a glass of Prosecco and water for the duration of my browse. Thanks team :) I felt quite special in that store that evening.”

“Although I did not buy anything today that's not because I did not like anything. It's because I could not justify buying more footwear and considering where I could store additional footwear! Always find good quality and stylish shoes here. Pricey but you know you are getting quality here and not the deteriorating quality of other high street brands such as Clark's and others. I guess the old adage is true that you get what you pay for. My favourite formal shoes are from here and some 12 years old. Still perfectly good for use though!”

“Amazing staff were patient as I was indecisive choosing my dress shoes. Would recommend going to this branch instead of Oxford street as it’s empty and easier to get attention of staff yet this store is smaller. Very comfortable shoes and I’m sure they will last long time”

“Searched for alternative retailers to change my battery as usually take my watch to Goldsmiths. The watch is a divers Breitling so needs to be sealed with special equipment. Raymond was professional, friendly and obviously knowledgeable. He talked me through their process and a colleague of his (John) sealed the watch and changed the battery. Had it back quicker than Goldsmiths and will certainly use Raymond again. A true gent and top service which really is lacking nowadays. Actually sent my daughter to Raymond to change her watch battery later that afternoon. 5 star, cheers Raymond.”

“Love me some R&B's! From the 1970s in Leytonstone (now closed) to now, Brent Cross; it's one of those stores that I've always trusted. The quality and the craftsmanship are one of the best. I don't think their shoes are made in the UK anymore, and that was evident from around early 2000, Anyway, the boots I purchased were the COMBAT, 8 Eyelet Military Boot, for £275.00. The leather is really nice and soft, with as mentioned a sole replicating that of a military boot. They do feel slightly tight on one foot, but hopefully, due to the softness of the leather, the boot should hopefully widen slightly. I bought these for bad weather days, so I will hopefully get more use of them in January, February.”

“Fantastic experience here, the lovely young shop assistant LizzieR was super helpful getting many sizes of different shoes to try on. Not once was she pushy for sale even offering to hold till next day while I decided. She was also helpful with things to visit while in UK. Thankyou, and yes returned for the shoes and visited suggested landmarks so worth it.”

“I've been here three times. I just get a normal manicure and pedicure (£35). They staff are lovely, so too are the other customers. The place is always busy. Great nail service. I recently got my nails done elsewhere and it was noticeably not as good as here! The polish is put on perfectly and stays for much longer. Good prices for the quality. And they are quick. They know what they're doing and do it well! Now I treat myself more regularly.”
