“I purchased a table from Haydon, which I am really happy with. It arrived in the estimated time frame and looked just like the pictures. It feels and looks like great quality and more special than what you see in the shops for a very reasonable price. It actually looks nicer than ones I viewed and almost bought in some upmarket furniture stores and also feels better built. It included a bench to fit under which was good value. Assembly of the legs was easy as the holes were already drilled and just needed screwing in. He did us a custom size as his standard ones weren't quite right for us, which was great. I have had it for 4months now and no issues at all. Would buy from here again.”

I got to know about the apartment block through friends who recognise that I needed a longer-term solution for staying in London for my work. My main home is in Spain. However I’m frequently in London so I decided that I would take a longer term lease. The apartment is perfect for me, from its positioning, (close enough to the station and town), to its general physical appointment. It’s in beautiful condition and if ever there have been tiny inevitable niggles the apartments management have pretty much fixed them there and then on the day that help was required. I find everybody associated with the building to be really pleasant and helpful. I can’t recommend this place any higher.”

“I had an amazing afternoon at The Store. The service was outstanding. The manager was welcoming and kind. I came to do some work during their Friday hotdesk session. She let me know where the sockets were for my laptop, welcomed me to make myself comfortable, and kept checking if I was okay. I ended up eating from the hotdesk menu, where you can get unlimited coffee. I had two meals, both were really nice and well presented. I called my brother to join me because it was so nice and he came and we had cocktails to end a successful work session. They were delicious also. It was fairly quiet in there. When I first arrived there was a lovely mum and baby club at the back in a separate space, so there was plenty of space to sit and feel comfortable. I usually use headphones when I’m out but the vibe was good and the music was comforting so I didn’t use my headphones. The restaurant was clean with a good atmosphere and stunning decor. I felt really focused. The lights that hang over the tables could do with a wipe though, as there was some dirt that looked like it might fall into the table. One of those things that once you see it, you can’t unsee it. Overall it was a brilliant spot and I will be visiting much more regularly now. Highly recommended.”

“Myself and my mum been coming here over 10+ years. My mum has had short hair and locs done here and I have short hair and the service, the quality and the experience has always been the best. Since coming here, I’ve never looked anywhere else. I’ve always had very good, honest advice and I always get complimented on my hair and how good it looks. It keeps aswell so my hair looks good for a long time after coming. I have a good chat and a laugh with Donna, she’s got years and years of experience and I trust her whole heartedly with my hair. “Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”

“I came looking for a particular sized shirt as I had just got measured by a tailor in a suit shop and upon just the sight of me when I walked into the shop, they were able to tell me the size of shirt I should be wearing without having to measure me. When I tried the shirt they gave me, I promptly bought one in that size rather than the recommended one by the tailor at the other shop.”

The service was professional, and the staff were warm and friendly. There is nothing negative that we can say about our experience at Halo's. The staff especially Hanifah were not pushy, she allowed us time to browse and was very attentive and friendly when needed. Luckily our chosen sofa was in stock and within two weeks it was delivered and set up in our house by a very professional and punctual delivery company (Humber services Ltd). Tom showed us loads of different options, on their clever design station and this opened up a whole new world of kitchen design for us! The design stage was very useful, with all the things we wanted added to the spec. Delivery was quick and straightforward and they guys from Benchmarx came in site to make sure all was going well. As we are nearing the end of our build, complete with blue kitchen, we are really please to have found Benchmarks. Thanks again.”
