“Exceptional quality and service! From the moment I walked into Richmond Kitchens, the whole experience was a pleasure. The end result is a beautiful kitchen that’s genuinely beyond what I expected. They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”

Through multiple collaborative iterations of design Northpoint were patient, detailed, thoughtful, imaginative and thorough. “I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Aga at Trevor Sorbie Richmond, and it genuinely exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, she created a space that felt calm, kind, and completely attuned to me. I’d shared that I have ADHD - something I often hesitate to mention - but she picked up on exactly how best to work with that. She explained things clearly, without overwhelm, and made it easy for me to ask questions and feel at ease just being myself. That kind of intuitive empathy is rare. What really stood out, though, is her expertise. She’s not just skilled - she’s deeply knowledgeable, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about her craft. We talked through their new colour system (Yuv) and how to achieve a look that would be both long-lasting and flattering as it grows out. Her recommendations were spot on, and the result is both effortless and elevated - subtle highlights with face-framing that really lifts the whole look. The salon itself is lovely (the massage chairs at the backwash were bliss), and I left with sleek, healthy hair and a big smile on my face. See the photos — they say it all. “A nice coffee shop. I ordered a cup of Matcha Latte, and one croissant. The Matcha Latte was good, but the croissant was not fresh. The staffs were friendly, and helpful. 5 stars for them. Sockets for charging are available. Toilets for customers are available.”

“I was so happy with the food! I got the tonkotsu. They had little delicate touches which really added to the lovely experience like extra garlic and a garlic presser as well as hair ties in a jar so that long luscious hair doesn't get muched on. Only thing I'd say is it would be nice for more pork in my tonkotsu”

“What a lovely and amazing place. The dining rooms are as beautiful as the food. Its however more expensive than a Michelin starred restaurant. £394 for 4 of us. So control the drinking! Loved the litre of sicilian lemonade, reminded me of Glastonbury lemonade carts. My only little gripe, was it was winter, I had a long coat, and the host should have taken our coats as there is only a dirt floor and your coat tails trail in the dust. They eventually came to hang it up in their cloakroom”

“I first discovered Fig when I stumbled upon their shop in Kingston in Dec 2016. I always regretted not buying the beautiful cashmere wrap I had my eye on because it then sold out. I bought another in a different colour, which was (still is!) wonderful, but always wanted the other one! When in the store the assistant explained the company’s ethos and ethical approach, which impressed me and made me want to buy from them. I’ve now purchased no fewer than 4 items, a mixture of in store and online purchases, and have always been impressed with the range, quality, pricing and excellent customer service.
