“Today was my first visit and it was a pleasant discovery. First of all the kindness and politeness amazed me. When I go to a beauty centre for the first time I want to find a friendly environment, where the beauty therapists try to make the experience the least unpleasant possible. Until now I couldn't find such a place. Today was the day! It was the best wax experience I have ever had in my entire life. The sugaring was pain-free and it left my skin without the typical redness after waxing. Renata was so caring, professional and kind. I felt totally at ease with her and she explained all the treatments she was doing and the products she was using. I will ask for her during my future treatments. The beauty centre is very clean and it is not something you can take for granted in London. I absolutely recommend it to anyone living in the area.”

“We had our Work Christmas Lunch on 18/12/2025, the Christmas menu was AMAZING! Plenty of food on the plate, we ordered some extra trimmings, which wasn't necessarily needed but definitely happy we had them as the food was sooo good we just could stop eating! “We were served by Fabiene and Eric at the Richmond store on Saturday and it was possibly the best sales experience we’ve ever experienced, regardless of what we were purchasing. The store room itself was stunning and from the second we arrived we were looked after brilliantly by both Fabiane and Eric. Fabiane was attentive without ever being pushy, and knows so much about the products offered. We felt very comfortable to make our purchase with her support. She also offered a box of toys to keep our two young children entertained (game changer!) and we were served a hot drink within minutes of entering the store. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Raft Richmond to anyone, and infact already have!”

“Found this place after a disaster of cancelled orders and thank god we did! The food was incredibly tasty! Lamb was flaking beautifully and I’m not someone that typically goes for lamb. The chicken was flavoursome and juicy and tender. The saag paneer was excellent. Everything was well packed, HOT so no need to re heat and it was so lovely receiving some popodoms and chutney. Will defy e ordering from here again and will be recommending to others!”
