“As a regular customer, I felt I needed to respond to Ashfar Azfar’s review because I’m in this store constantly buying sports clothes for my children, and the staff have always been nothing but patient, helpful, and genuinely kind. I actually came here to leave a positive review, but after reading yours — and having watched the entire situation unfold — I couldn’t ignore it. You were rude, you swore at the staff, and then you came back for your receipt as if nothing had happened. If the store is so “rubbish,” why were you so desperate for your £2 socks? You were second in the queue, not stuck for hours, and the staff were short‑handed, doing their best during Christmas — the busiest time of the year — while also dealing with the extra pressure of the store closing soon. Most customers manage to show patience and basic respect; clearly you don't have those qualities. Your cheap socks and bad manners say far more about you than they ever will about the staff or the store.”
