“Lovely surprise! We have lived in the area for years and never tried the restaurant under the new management before. We liked the mussels and prawns dishes a lot. Pizza and Parmigiana were nice as a main but not as much as the starters, those were top. The chef must be really good skilled in handling fish dishes I guess, and we'll definitely be back to try more. Service was attentive and not obtrusive.”

“I went to Pooja on 6th August for waxing services. And I had great experience she has offered me coffee and asked for snacks too. Very welcoming and the place is quite aesthetic you can easily wait without getting restless. I would recommend everyone to use their devices and its very warmth environment and a great service. “Always brilliant service and hospitality when I come to Klipper club. Ever since they have opened I have always consistently been having my haircut here and I’m pleased to say will continue to do so for as long as I can! You get treated like family at this barbers, ever since the first time I have always been provided good service and they really do make you feel welcome. The reason I felt the need to leave a review is following a recent incident where by a lady and her son had come into the shop and whilst waiting her son was playing on the sofa, my barber kindly request if he could take his shoes off. The lady didn’t want to wait and ended up leaving the shop, when leaving my barber said we close at 3pm but you are welcome to come back before. This same lady then called the shop shortly after and started shouting racist slurs. I can see she has now left a 1 star review which I find outrageous! Please disregard of this review and it is completely false!!!”

“Fantastic service. Ramesh fixed a beautiful but old lamp that was in a shed for years. The lamp is working really well. He also fixed a obsolete ebike charger, which i accidentally broke in two. Really pleased with the service and Ramesh is a lovely human being”

I’ve had the same hairdresser for over 20 years, so I was a bit nervous, but the lovely Chloe did an amazing job and did exactly what I asked for. The atmosphere in the salon was also very welcoming so overall I had a really great experience and would highly recommend.”

“'Love your suit! looks great!' - Robert Elms, unprompted. Neil is lovely guy and makes wonderful suits! I want to go in sometimes just to feel the material! Gorgeous cloth and suits not as expensive as you might imagine but also, incredible value for what it does cost. You can't beat putting on a jacket (sorry, coat!) that was made just for you and fits around you like a glove. As soon as I got a suit from Neil I stopped wearing my off the peg ones as they simply did not come close even regarding the cloth, never mind the fit. The whole process was very enjoyable and the end product thrilling. Need to go for my next one soon.... every time I put on a Birkett suit I feel ready to take on the world. Can't recommend it highly enough.”

“Went in to see if they had a suitable card for my mum and a bar of fudge. Not only did they have a lovely range of cards and my fudge, they also had those sherbet things in paper UFOs. Then I saw the range of cookware! My gosh, the potato masher I bought works a treat, slipping right through them spuds. Creamy goodness every time. Took them all home in a flower pot, which I hadn’t even known I’d needed. The owner lady was really nice too: helped me find stuff, chatted with me about guitar playing and cameras, and then opened the door for me as I wobbled out with my goods. This shop has it all. Within reason, obviously. It’s like Open All Hours for the twenty-first century, but with customers and stock and good deals every day.”

“I dog sat for a few weeks for a friend. They warned me she is not a fan of groomers. Colleen and her team dispelled that myth, and got to clean her ears from wax and hair, which other groomers could not as she fully resisted! No more mites! She is a much happier dog as a result and definitely a customer for her life. My friends are super happy! Thank you!”

“Never had a bad experience here. Always left to browse alone without being bugged, however I’ve never had a problem receiving help when I ask. Friendly, and extremely knowledgeable staff in all areas. Gorgeous cats appear out of nowhere to welcome you at different points. More often than not, I also have a chat at the counter with staff when checking out. Thankful for a small family businesses like this still left in the area. Being run the way it is explains how they have lasted so well”

“Usually head up to Twickenham on the weekends so surprised I haven’t popped into visit this place already as been looking for a decent breakfast/brunch venue in the area. This place doesn’t disappoint. Full Breakfast and brunch menu and really attentive staff. Ordered the house breakfast with tea - very good portion (the beans surprisingly good) - also do Eggs Florentine and Eggs Bendict but next time will try the Traditional Shakshuka. Only a short walk from Twickenham station, near the William Web Ellis pub.”

“A real nice experience in Indian dining. Started off with the reviews of course and then the dining. The cider choice, was a koppaberg which was refreshing. Thr samosas in the chaat were complimented with channa aka chickpeas and vatiyon other accoutrements. Delicious. The murg tikka was quite good too but would have preferred fit bit more heat n the green chutney served with it. On to the main course with lamb saag and dal makhani with breads. Both ere well cooked and excellently spiced to provide a great end to the meal. Unfortunately no space for kulfi.”

“I worked in London for about two years and was staying near Tangawizi. I ate there a couple times a week many many times over that two year time frame. I absolutely love it there. The food is phenomenal and always has the highest quality ingredients. The service is exceptional as well. Eight years later, we returned to the UK for my 60th birthday and I wanted to visit them again due to the fond memories I had. Our dinner this evening was just as phenomenal as ever. The flavors and freshness of the ingredients was incredible. The King tandoori shrimp are a favorite of mine and I literally got another order for dessert rather than a normal dessert. They thought I was joking when I ordered it for dessert! I travel frequently for business and have had the opportunity to eat at many phenomenal restaurants and they are at the top of the list with the best! I’m so happy they made it through the pandemic and now celebrating 20 years. I would highly recommend Tangawizi!”

“Visited on a Thursday for Irish music night. The pub is lit with candles. It’s cosy and atmospheric. Music started around 9.30pm and it was traditional Irish music. Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the toilets were clean. Outside garden available if needed.”
