“I went in for a bonding consultation with Rosh Salam and I absolutely loved her. She took the time to explain that braces would be a better long-term solution for me instead of bonding. What really impressed me was her honesty — she told me she doesn’t believe in quick fixes and prefers to treat things properly. I was genuinely surprised (in the best way) because instead of just taking my money and going ahead with bonding, she recommended that I see a specialist orthodontist for braces. Since Innovadent doesn’t currently have an orthodontist or offer braces, it meant she was putting my best interests above everything else, which is rare to find. I’ve been to larger practices before where they were happy to give me bonding straightaway without explaining why it might not be right for me. Rosh was the first to give me the full picture, and I really appreciated that honesty and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back for other treatments, just because of how much I loved Rosh! The whole team was also so welcoming and made my experience amazing.”

As someone who has a lot of anxiety around the experience and in particular having people in my personal space, I have found everyone at Mindful kind, polite and patient - you have the feeling they care about your overall wellbeing at all times. Kushel, in particular, is a credit to his profession. Always honest and proactive when finding solutions and offering advice/care that is in your best interests as a patient and your longer-term teeth health, instead of what's best for their bottom line. It says everything that having avoided dentists for over 10 years due to bad experiences, I never miss a check-up here.”

“I have known Geoff Pullen for over 20 years. I was terrified of dentists due to awful dentistry as a child. I am no longer worried about any dental work. Geoff is a genius at his job and a great guy as well. The staff are also exceptional. Karen on reception is helpful, welcoming and personable. Kimberley, the dental nurse that works with Geoff, is kind, efficient and great at her job. All in all an amazing team. Truly professional and a fantastic team. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere for myself or my family. Can't recommend them highly enough. Sue Morley”

“I took little pickle to the vets yesterday as she had injured her leg and was not putting any weight onto it. I don’t know the vets name and I wish I did but she was absolutely fantastic, and the girl at reception was also a lovely lady and very helpful when speaking to her. I couldn’t of asked for a better service. the vet was very honest, very helpful and great at keeping Pickle so calm when she was examining her. “First time at this dentist. Was in extreme pain and my regular dentist was closed. Visited on a Saturday morning. Was a little apprehensive as my own dentist is amazing and this was a new dentist . I was shown such kindness by all the staff . Mr Miller was awesome. So calm and kind with a twinkle in his eye. Sorted my problem after giving me all the options and explaining everything. I had total confidence in him . Dentists don’t scare me but if you are nervous he would be a perfect choice. Practice even phoned to check I was ok . Fantastic service”

“Although this review is long overdue, I wanted to share my experience. I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears. The vet I saw was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Despite the fact that some may not understand how much a small pet like a hamster can mean, I felt absolutley no judgment for my emotions. The vet offered me tissues and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes, which meant so much. A few weeks later, I was deeply touched to receive a condolence card from Priory. This gesture truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your kindness, it truly meant so much to me. I couldn't reccomend a veterinary practice more.”

“We have been using Pattenden Vets since they opened but have spent a LOT of time there since 2nd August with 2 poorly cats. I cannot recommend Rob the vet enough and am so grateful to him for all the care we have received. Said a very hard goodbye to my 15 year old cat this morning and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to take care of him. “A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. “I went in for a difficult tooth extraction with a lot of anxiety, but thanks to the professionalism of the doctor and the kindness of the team, the procedure went extremely smoothly. The doctor explained every step in detail and made me feel very comfortable. My tooth was extracted without any issues, and the experience was much easier than I had expected. “Dr. Khalid is the only dentist I've been seeing in the last year and a half. My teeth have seen too many breaks and fillings in the past couple of years, which I've only had temporary work done by private dentists to fix! She is upfront about costs and I knew she truly cared about the state of my teeth when she took her time to ensure the filling on my broken tooth was done properly and carefully.
