“First I was bit unsure about this online consultation service. I have booked this for my mother who came from abroad. We booked it in Webber Pharmacy Harrow. The staff over there was very helpful and everything was neat and clean. We got to see Dr Abbey who was really friendly, knowledgeable and listened to everything and aske all necessary questions. She asked me to check her temperature, discussed the symptoms and asked me to show the affected area with medical specialist web camera. It was really easy to use. Overall the system was used friendly. Once the consultation finished then she sent the prescription to the pharmacy so we just had to pick up the medicines from there and go. I really recommend this service as well as Webber pharmacy. I didn't feel much difference between face to face appointment and this online GP consultation. It saved both my money and time. Thank you.”

“Dr Soni was very professional in putting two dental implants in my mouth. Throughout the process he was very thorough and if he was unhappy with anything, for instance when he felt that the prepared crowns weren't quite right for my mouth, he would rearrange the appointment so he could get the issue fixed. “Ok, I'll give it a review. It's outstanding....Free parking, coffee shop, toilets, very very helpful staff, more tills than you can point a stick at and 2 assistants on self checkout.....I guess some of you want a kiddies play area ! Only downside is the customers. Can't quite put my finger on it, but ignorant springs to mind. Maybe it's because I'm Scots, but we grew up with manners.... Goes a long way being nice, try it sometime. Maybe if the aisles were a wee bit wider, you could get round with that chip on your shoulder. Have a great day now !”

“We all know GP surgeries are super busy and often stretched thin. That’s why I was so blown away by the amazing team at Gilbert House Surgery. I put in a prescription request, something that usually takes up to three working days elsewhere, and they had it sorted in under an hour. All I said was that I was travelling and needed it within the next couple of days. The receptionist was incredible, even towards her the end of her morning shift, she made sure she passes my request in person to the duty doctor. Dr. Dalia Jacob was absolutely brilliant, getting the prescription ready in no time while seeing other patients and sending me a text message to confirm it's ready. They worked together to get it done quickly and even gave me a call to let me know it was ready. Huge thanks to the whole team for being so kind, understanding, and just genuinely caring.
