All staff took time to properly respond to my requests, in particular Garry the store manager/supervisor?? went above and beyond to help me find the right size for my son’s jacket despite of the store being so busy during this period. He had excellent problem people and problem solving skills- provided me with options and opportunities that I did not think of at the time. “Finally a good Lidl store in the area. The Wembley Park store is way too small for the customers it’s got now, a nightmare to shop in. This one is much bigger with very spacious aisles. The self checkout area is also nice and large. So far it all very clean, be nice if the staff could maintain it like that but I’m not expecting that. In this day and age every retail store is way understaffed to be able to keep stores neat and tidy which is a shame. Still, I didn’t expect this store to be this big so that’s a plus. Never going back to the Wembley Park store again. Happy days. Note, I wouldn’t drive to this store though, very very limited spaces with more than half (I think) taken by electric chargers and disabled bays.”
