I came in worried, as I’d just been told elsewhere that the car battery I’d bought wasn’t the right fit for my car. The young man reassured me that it was the correct type and explained it clearly, which really put me at ease. Rodie then fitted the battery quickly, with great professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness, and also advised me on a charger. Both were easy to talk to, polite, and made what started as a stressful situation into a very positive experience. Their professionalism and excellent service really stood out and deserve to be acknowledged.”

    “Great food served promptly. Bit of a queue outside on a Sunday night, but stuck with it and glad we did as the queue shifted to nothing in less than five minutes. Just the right amount of time reading the menu before the waitress asked for our order, which came less than 10 minutes later. All freshly prepared and bang on to the descriptions in the menu. The dishes looked exactly like the menu which is rare these days. Waitress was quick with the next round of drinks and then the bill. Couldn't really ask for more, thank you Yasmin.”

After I had issues with an outfit I got from Mumbai a week before my sister’s wedding, I went to Estie and Amir was incredibly helpful in helping me choose an outfit. Even after that when there were issues with my sister’s outfit from India, they were incredibly responsive in trying to source another outfit for her and made the whole ordeal much less stressful.     “It took me a while to do this review and I’m not sure why but this restaurant is always fantastic. Bombay Naka is a great addition to this row of off the high street restaurants. The interiors definitely set the mood that you are eating on the streets. Food is always piping hot from the kitchen. The menu is extensive and there’s always something new to try everytime we visit. The service is always great and the head server knows us pretty well by now. Don’t be fooled by the photos as it looks empty but it was the beginning of dinner service when we arrived. They were almost full at least an hour by the time we left. I recommend ordering different dishes if you are in a group and just share the plates! We will keep coming back here!”
