“Fantastic spot with some modern/European twists on comforting Chinese food with some British Chinese classics in the mix. The woman at the front of house was really great, attentive and lovely. Food was great, my only points are that the rice came 15 mins after the main which meant we ate our main cold, but it was still delicious, and the turnip cake was quite far from the turnip cake I grew up eating! All in all, a lovely experience, and delicious meal.”

The staff was incredibly nice and the food and drinks were very delicious. They also have an option to order smaller portions of the same dishes with -25% off the original price which was great for our friend with smaller appetite. Will go there again!”

“Food here was incredible. Everything tasted so fresh and everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant itself was quiet and had a "help yourself" approach to cutlery, water, soy sauce ect which I quite liked. You order and pay before your food is delivered to your table. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. We are here for around £30 a head and left feeling full after sharing four large sushi plates between two of us. I would definitely visit again and would recommend this restaurant very highly!”

“After a difficult morning at the hospital I came in to grab lunch. I was struggling to read the menu and the lovely team member (Denisa) helped me look up items on the screen and made recommendations. Really fantastic customer service and yummy food!”

“Amazing food and very friendly staff. I came with my co-workers and a friend and we were all very impressed with the food. Beef and chicken dishes were very tasty and filling. Coffee and desserts were very good as well! Very nice atmosphere and decor inside and silent music from the speakers. One thing that owners could improve is the outside beer garden and perhaps signage could be refreshed. From the outside it doesn’t look as a restaurant ;) But overall definitely, I’ll come back again.”

“Very good comfort food for reasonable price. The mix grill platter came with a choice of sides: potato, chips or rice. The potato option worked really well with the mix of smoked chicken, sausages and pork belly that the dish included. They also served a small salad on the side. It all tasted delicious together. The regular portion size was very decent. The staff was very welcoming. Definitely recommend!”

“This place is delicious. The Fragrant Chili Chicken was one of the best Chinese dishes I’ve eaten. Other standouts were the salt and pepper squid as part of the sampler platter and the Aromatic Duck. Service was outstanding, cannot recommend this place enough. Wouldn’t order the Crispy Beef again but it was interesting. Unless you open the place at 5:30 for dinner, you should make a reservation.”

“Delicious Japanese tapas, look small but you finish completely satisfied. Flavours are amazing, we add the courgette flower and it was really tasty and creamy. The dessert was to die for, we also try the pear one (on the house what it was really nice detail) and we still prefer the pannacotta. I highly recommend the place and go for the tasting menu. Great value for the quality and presentation of the food”

“My partner and I go here frequently for the Sunday ‘buffet’. We get a mix of two starters and choice of 4 mains plus sides. Loads of high quality food for a great price! Our favourites are choyela chicken for starter, piro lamb for main and hariyo mismass for side. Also the naan bread is divine! Unfortunately they haven’t had the piro lamb as one of the 4 main options the past handful of times we’ve been. Hopefully tomorrow is the day it returns to the selection!”

“We had a business dinner here on a Thursday night. Wasn’t that busy, got a quieter table. Food is authentic, and staff is polite. Loved the onion bhaji, prawns from the platter. Momos were great. Overall a tummy full meal, guaranteed burps. We needed with hot gajar ka halwa with ice-cream, it was the show stopper for sure. 100% recommended.”

“Really happy with the food and service! I’m half Singaporean and the laksa was probably one of the closest to what you can get back home. Lovely wait staff (had Saw) and front of house was very welcoming. Highly recommend coming a bit earlier to fill up pre flight!”
