“I had such a fantastic experience at Nimtoh! The food was absolutely delicious – full of authentic flavors and cooked perfectly. The dumplings were fresh and juicy, and the korean fried chickens were some of the best I’ve ever had. Kimchi was second to none. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. You can tell the team really cares about both the food and their customers. Nimtoh is a real gem – highly recommended!”
“If you have never had adjarian khachapuri, have you even lived? The chicken thighs were nice and the mushroom dumplings delicious, but the khachapuri is really the star of the show! Absolutely stunning. It's a decent size and quite heavy, so share between at least two people if you're going for the mains, but honestly as far as I'm concerned it's all you need. I'd come back just for that and have only that. Food was slow to come out but piping hot and fresh when it did, and the service very friendly. I will say that if you're sensitive to noise, make sure to sit outside. The place is very small and the acoustics horrible, so when a very loud group came in it was quite insufferable. But that's the only negative.”
“Absolute gem! Popped in with two of my friends and everything was perfect. If you like sweet-flavoured dishes, go for the Cola Pork Ribs with Rice Cakes, the Plum Powder Potato Tower, and the Black Pepper Honey Beef. If you’re into bold Sichuan flavours, the Guan Gong Spicy Beef and the Salt and Pepper Lotus are both amazing. Mango and Taro Flavoured Rice Cakes are a must-try after-meal delight — they go perfectly with the condensed milk dipping. Portions are generous, prices are fair for London, and the staff were super friendly. Will definitely be back!”
“It's very delicious. The boss is also very nice. We ordered a lot. The boss also sent cold dishes. The taste is very good. The barbeque is spicy enough.”
“My grown-up children took me here for a birthday dinner. We all had squid to start which was nice and crispy. We shared a Singapore noodle and had the spicy cumin lamb with chilli. We also shared a sweet-and-sour chicken and crispy shredded beef. It was all very tasty. The staff are super friendly. It’s a bit more expensive than an average Chinese or oriental restaurant but it was well worth it because the quality of the meat was excellent and the multitude of fresh ingredients really made it taste so much nicer for a full-blown meal you’re looking at about £30 a head. The available selection of dumplings and buns is excellent and they make them all themselves on the premises. “I arrived alone late in the afternoon. I was seated immediately and served quickly. I enjoyed the Khachapuri which was delicious and quite large. The recommended eggplant appetizer did not appeal to me. Friendly and efficient serving staff. Thank you.”
“Absolutely incredible experience! The chef truly outdid themselves — the pasta was beyond amazing, fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. You can tell it was made with passion and authentic Italian skill. One of the best Italian meals I’ve ever had. Compliments to the chef!”
“One of the best meals out I’ve had in a while, service was lovely and food was divine. Don’t miss out on the salt and pepper aubergine. Can’t go wrong with a byob!”
“My wife and I have always loved Korean food. Been to many places around the UK, have friends from Korea, and have been to Seoul as well. This is a great place. It has that Korean homemade feel to their food. Not going to lie, it’s not flashy food, it’s not trying to be in your face, it’s not instagrammable. It isn’t overly spiced. It’s not trying to adhere to the local palette. Instead, it feels genuine, fresh, and from the heart-like a lovely homemade meal. To us that defines what a 5 star review should be. Thank you for such a delicious meal!”
“Have been looking for a good chinese restaurant nearby areas. They do not exist anymore Came here just on a whim. Used to come here when it was Lido never enjoyed it. However This restaurant hit all the spots. The food was exactly what I was craving for. The service was so nice. The 2 ladies in front of house were so welcoming and friendly. I managed to get one ladies name (vicky) she was fantastic. Go here will not disappoint. Will be back soon :))”
“It was so good we’re definitely going back again. We had the copa ham & mackerel pate to start which were both really delicate. Followed by the cabbage which, I don’t normally get excited by cabbage but this was great! Super flavours and dressing. We also had the fish noodles which were like pasta but again really delicate. I had the char siu pork which was incredible value for money and we had to have the prawn toast. This is more like a donut texture with prawns inside covered in a mountain of Parmesan - amazing! Booking a table is recommended”
“It was my first time dining at Restaurant Albina, I loved how authentic the restaurant was inside and how cosy it felt. I was greeted by the waitress who was very friendly and helped me with the menu as I couldn’t decide from all the tasty options! I ended up having the chicken/pasta soup with a warm bread bun. The soup was delicious, a clear broth with lots of flavour - and I loved how light but filling it was. The bun was the perfect add on. For dessert I had the cherry dumplings - I will definitely be coming back for those! Overall I had a really great meal, the food and atmosphere is very comforting and gives a lovely family/friendly vibe. Thank you Albina for a wonderful meal! I will definitely be returning!”
“Great Korean restaurant. They were very accommodating and the food was delicious. I recommend the seaweed salad and the fried chicken. I would totally recommend”
“Cathy and Jm are always so welcoming, caring and kind… the food is carefully prepared and presented… and is so tasty … lovely options for those with dietary limitations”
“We have been visiting this restaurant for a number of years. Great food and lovely staff. We always get a very warm welcome. I would highly recommend a visit. Great value for money. You will struggle to get better !”
“It’s a smaller place, which I really like. It feels cosy and welcoming, especially in winter. We ordered the juicy pork dumplings and the spicy beef dry noodles, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavours were spot on, good size portions, and we left completely full and happy. Such a lovely little spot. Highly recommend!”
“Amazing Japanese spot! The claypot rice dishes were absolutely delicious — the grilled eel was tender with a perfect glaze, and the beef pot with soft egg and veggies was super flavorful. The presentation was beautiful and the open kitchen added a nice touch. Cozy atmosphere, attentive staff. Highly recommend — definitely coming back!”
“Absolutely loved it! The best dumpling I’ve ever had with incredible flavor, light dough and perfect filling. And the Tteokbokki was truly Michelin star worthy. Highly recommend!”
“Absolutely delicious. Hand pulled noodles are amazing and the service is top notch. The only issue was that they did not have some of the drinks listed on the menu, but that still doesn't affect my review. The lamb dumplings were the best I've ever tried. I'd recommend booking in advance as it gets quite busy for dinner time.”
“Service was really great and food was absolutely fantastic! It’s my second time at this restaurant and every dish hit the spot. Every single bite was so flavourful! However, we didn’t have a reservation and maybe that is why we had to go to the tables downstairs, which were a bit claustrophobic as the space is small and a bit smelly at the side where we were at which made the experience deteriorate a bit. But will definitely go back, next time will book it.”
“One of the finest Chinese restaurants we’ve ever had the pleasure of dining at Harrow, truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely exceptional, every dish bursting with authentic flavours, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. From the starters to the mains, each bite reflected genuine culinary artistry and attention to detail rarely found elsewhere. What made the experience even more memorable was the outstanding service. Steve and Sisilia went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and well looked after, treating us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that made us feel like VIP guests throughout the evening. Their courtesy, attentiveness, and friendly conversation added a wonderful personal touch to the meal. If you’re looking for a restaurant that combines world-class Chinese cuisine with impeccable hospitality, this is truly the place to be. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates fine food, elegant service, and a dining experience that leaves a lasting impression.”
“Went with my flatmates 2 weeks ago and had a delicious lunch. From pajeon to japchae to samgyupsal: all was great. I read a lot of reviews of Korean restaurants in New Malden and Azit had the best reviews for service: I can attest they're real. I had a small accident when one of the guys dropped the crab in the spicy sauce and it splashed into my right eye. The waitress was amazing then as well (she was very attentive all the time) and she even brought me an ice pack after I managed to get out of the restroom. She really made this experience a lot more pleasant considering Korean food should not be tasted with the eyes.”
“I had a wonderful dining experience at Dragon Restaurant in London. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with elegant decor and a relaxing ambiance. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of authentic Chinese flavors. It’s not easy to find a place in London that serves such high-quality Chinese cuisine with such great service. I highly recommend Dragon Restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable and satisfying Chinese meal in the city.”
“Came in here for a takeaway, and the owner brought me some chips while I waited and threw in a free beer at the end. The dim sum I had was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. Plenty of vegetarian options, too. Can't really recommend more highly enough! Delicious food and incredibly friendly service.”
“Tea House serves affordable, delicious dishes all day long. The Crab Roe Soup Dumplings are bursting with flavor, the Vietnamese Rolls are light and refreshing, and the Cantonese Stir-Fried Pork is perfectly savory with a hint of spice. Don’t miss the crispy yet tender Roast Duck or the fragrant Radish Cake. Great value for such amazing taste!”
“Hands down the best dumplings I've ever had. Had the fried pork dumplings and they are delicious. Service is wonderful, friendly staff, charming and cozy place for a quick bite to eat.”
“Delicious authentic restaurant with friendly welcoming staff who knew the menu well and were able to give recommendations. I don’t have more photos because we ate the food too fast.”
“extremely good food! Fried chicken was fried to perfection and generous soup serving. Very friendly staff too! Extremely affordable!”
“Exactly what I needed this morning. Great prices too. Taste exactly like from home”
“A really lovely place. Ambience is good, and the menu is varied and caters for meat eaters, vegetarian and vegans alike. Particlar favourite are the Char Sui dumplings, they are divine ! On both occasions we've been, the service is really good and the folk have been relaxed and friendly. Would happily recommend the place.”
