“This is a superstore! You'd get all you want here. Well stocked. This store is continuously improving for best customer service. Recently they acquired double door fridges for perishable food, so all edibles are now displayed in glass's rides. Makes display tidy and of course kept food fresher. There is parking which is free for the first 2 hours if you make purchases of at least £5”

Edit: I just got home and found a card from them, giving their condolences and a bag of poppy seeds to spread in her memory. It's a small gesture, but it means the world. “Arrived 8.05 Saturday morning, triaged within 20 minutes despite being 14th in the queue. Treated foot wound within 25 minutes, the staff were extremely efficient and polite. All done in around an hour. Thank you NHS, 10 stars if I could!! To add, I have subsequently visited twice more and received the same exemplary treatment for my scalded foot on both occasions. The last time I was in and out within 50 minutes. Maybe if a few more people like myself who have received brilliant treatment took the time to leave a review it might help to redress the balance of those who leave poor reviews without knowing the circumstances for delays and roles of the staff there. As a man in my 80's I'm grateful to live in this country and to be able to walk into an NHS care facility, without appointment, on my doorstep and receive this quality of care. 10 stars once again and my foot is getting better! Shame on you complainers!! Thank you once again NHS.”

“Ihsaan Tours, what can I say. It’s been a pleasure doing Umrah with Bilal and Mustafiz, the brothers went above and beyond what they could with a big group of people and allowed us to peacefully do our own umrah with the right guidance. We did have a missing luggage, which was stuck in Istanbul, I went twice to the airport to chase them but brother Bilal went the third time and found it. He didn’t need to do this but he went out of his way (with Harris) to do it anyway. Would definitely recommend going with Ihsaan tours, though the organisers were Eman Channel, they provided the logistics of everything. We was provided with 5 start hotels with amazing views in front of the mosques in Makkah and Madinah. How on earth did they manage that with the price we paid. Amazing! Anyone who hasn’t been Umrah before should definitely go with these brothers, they’ll respond to you ask quick as they can. Alhamdulillah faultless. “I stayed one night at IBIS London Stratford. The room was simple (plastic feel, no fridge, and not the best heating), but the stay was really great thanks to the staff! Sagar was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone in the morning was smiling and kind, which made my day start in such a positive way. I also loved the free lemon and mint water they prepared—it was so refreshing! They even taught me how to make it at home. I’d definitely come back for the people and atmosphere!”
