A big shout out to Russ, who took my car in in the morning, identified the problems with my car front wheels, buckled rims were realigned, new bushes, and new brake pads were sorted. He checked and topped up my engine oil, so I was safe and road worthy to get back to Bristol. Brilliant service.”

Once I wanted to to "fix" something my self and instead of just selling me something he strongly advised me to get a plumber as it was not as easy as I thought it would be, and the other time I was struggling to find a plumber to come and do an urgent job, and he made one phone call and an hour later someone was at my door and the problem was fixed. What more can I say. Try getting that level of service at a big chain shop.”
