I didn’t catch her name but I especially wanted to thank the lady who helped me earlier this evening - I was struggling to find a colour match for my bathroom’s silicone sealant, as the colours shown on the bottles are often inaccurate and Screwfix unfortunately doesn’t have/do samples, but she did her best to show me what they had available and find what colour might work. “they have absolutely everything I needed, i kept asking for little things that the bigger stores like B&Q didn't have and they'd go off and find them, amazing. Even more amazing are the prices, you'd expect little shops like this to be extortionate, but no, cheap as chips, the way it should be. I love this shop, it reminds me of grandfathers garage, a throwback to better times. Customer service is second to none, tell them what you need or the problem you have and I'm sure they'll be able to fix it or solve it.”
