We arranged to meet at his place the next day. Victor fixed the problem but was not happy with the idle temperature. So he nosed around and it's turned out one of fans and CPU pump were not plugged in correctly as the Bios doesn't recognised their functionality. Victor proceed to reconfigured all those connections and reduced the idle temperature further. He also spent some time clearing 3 years worth of dust as well. WHAT A LEGEND!”
