“Friendly staff, good range of products for a smaller Boots. Went in for a flu jab and thanks to Felix it was quick, easy, and painless. While waiting for my appointment saw an elderly couple come in to buy some medicine and Ted who was serving them was absolutely incredible, came round from the till to help them put away the change and products and I was so impressed with how kind he was I had to write a review immediately so asked him his name. Both Felix and Ted are an example of what great customer service is.”

“Always encounter friendly and helpful staff here. I didn’t catch her name but I especially wanted to thank the lady who helped me earlier this evening - I was struggling to find a colour match for my bathroom’s silicone sealant, as the colours shown on the bottles are often inaccurate and Screwfix unfortunately doesn’t have/do samples, but she did her best to show me what they had available and find what colour might work. Turns out the vanilla was a perfect match, thank you!”
