“Great, expert people who are knowledgeable and friendly. I have had them fix some radiators and perform my boiler service and they are always very reliable and do a thorough job. They take the time to clearly explain what they've done and to answer any questions. Most recently, when I had a boiler issue, Duncan came out and fixed the problem, and they proactively provided a quote to replace the troublesome part so it can be quickly replaced if my boiler were to fail over winter. Will always use these guys for my central heating.”

“What a find. This Company is a gem, did not disappoint, our Neff oven stopped working. It was a Saturday and we didn’t expect any response when we called. To our surprise we had a call out within a couple of hours. Engineer called Daniel came and accessed the problem, he was extremely professional and once he found the fault, he explained everything and a part had to be ordered. Communication was great, we had a call telling us when they were coming back, it was a couple of days as the weekend was in between. Daniel came back to finish the repair. Such a relief to find this company and so refreshing to have some faith and confidence restored when using a company for the first time, you never really know who or what you’re going to get! But, they tick every box, I hope they stay in business for ever!!! Once again, a huge thank you to the engineer Daniel. Price for first visit was £85.00, call-out, but no added extra call out charge for the return which was to install the part, in all the cost was extremely reasonable.”
