After many failures with many garages, we took our car to them, they don’t promise anything unnecessary, they don’t scare you with anything; they just calmly talk about possibilities. And whatever they said before the inspection by saying “according to our experience, it’s most likely this/that” was true. We said we are cost conscious, they tried their best to accommodate us, they suggested priorities and and said some things can wait a bit more. They explained everything to us without belittling us (we were belittled a lot before, very misogynistic) and didn’t do anything without confirming with us. They finished within the time frame they promised, without going 1p above the initial quote, and they offered a courtesy check 1-2 weeks later. We are very pleased. Also, Paul from the office was very helpful, booked us very quickly.”

I contacted Ben a few weeks ago with an issue I had with my parking brake. What started out as a small issue turned out to be a huge job as we discovered more and more bits that needed doing. This issue took multiple attempts to fix with different hiccups along the way but he kept at it and got it resolved. “The only place that was able to sort my air intake issues! After going to 4 garages (one who tried fixing by replacing some sensors and then referring me to an auto electrician that said theres nothing wrong with my electrics, and then seeing someone else who diagnosed and dissappeard and another garage that eneded up calling me saying i need to go to mercedes) I took a friend's referral to trust this garage and they have fixed my car! So happy. Beyond words on how happy I am! I can feel the difference instantly. I had a few issues and they have resolved them all. My car, after months of going back and forth to other people is fixed in 3 days by these guys!! Full service with stage 1 remap and Dyno run.the gain for this car was unbelievable almost an extra 100bhp, has changed the car completely!!! The technology and experience these guys have are 10/10 and would like to point out that will is there to make ya car fast not clear ya wallet I wanted to add things but will was honest and said you don't need to waste ya money, where alot off other companys would recommend these extras and take ya money.
