“I wanted to set some time aside to write about this garage because they are outstanding. After taking my car to a main dealer garage, I decided to switch to Clichy and have never looked back. The team are always welcoming and do a thorough job with the usual MOT and service. The car is also given a clean afterwards (like at the main dealer garages). Although this is all well and good, what makes them really stand out is their honesty: I took my car to them the last couple of times for some minor issues. The first related to a dull “rubbing” noise coming from the rear end of the car and the second was in relation to the front passenger door handle deciding to completely come off into my wife’s hand! The first issue was due to a shock absorber. The garage told me that there was still life in the component and we simply left it at that. With regards to the door handle, the team managed to fix the original handle back onto the car within a couple of hours. The garage didn’t want to charge me for both of these issues even though they spent time on them which is absolutely amazing. On both occasions I tried to give them something for their time but they politely refused. I can see a dishonest garage making a meal of both issues…Clichy have won my loyalty. Thank you everyone at Clichy - particularly Spiros and Kyri.”

“First time using TK Engineering based off of the positive reviews on here. Great service fitting a new timing chain on my BMW 1 series, where most garages wouldn't do it. Nigel and his team were really helpful explaining all the work done as well as other possible issues to look out for. Plus they topped up my water for me! Nice to have found a good reliable garage in Dagenham and will certainly be using them again. “Richard really helped me out. I accidently tore one of the wires which powered the motor on my electric scooter. I was told by a few places I took it to, that the wiring would completely need replacing and it was impossible to repair. I phoned Richard, he said bring it to me today so I can have a look and within 40 mins of taking it to him it was all fixed and repaired. I would highly recommend Richard as he didn't make me buy a whole new wiring kit, he saved me money and repaired the existing part which was probably more difficult for him overall, but he helped me save cash and the stress of ordering a new part and waiting for it to arrive. “I have been a customer here for the last 15 years ! I was there today with a large nail in my front tyre and I thought to myself, here goes another £250 :-( Then I am greeted by a lovely lady at reception, warm, friendly, welcoming but professional and works like a busy bee - answering phones, greeting customers, look to keep everything running - she is absolutely wonderful ! The tyre chap came back saying that they can actually fix the puncture and I did not nee to spend so much - what a relief ! The chap was on the ball and it did not take them 15 minutes to fix the tyre - one happy customer left that store. I know because they are so good you do need to book in advance, but that's what happens when you get quality work ! I HIGHLY recommend Kwik Fit Cricklewood and I do all my car work, tyres, MOT etc., there . GREAT job guys - keep it up !”
