“Really lovely ladies who run this grooming parlour. They rescheduled my appointment for me and got my dog in last minute to help deal with fleas that she picked up from boarding kennels. My dog always looks great and smells lovely after a trip here!”

“I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff.”

“Been visiting Romford Barbers in collier row for a few years now, probably the best barbers I’ve been too and they always look after me. Always offer drinks and make sure you’re happy with the result before you leave the chair. Never usually waiting long either which is always great.”

“I had to kill some time waiting for my car. I was hungry and wanted something filling but not too heavy. Chose this cafe, I was impressed with the menu selections. They have the early bird full English breakfast options, I went with the cheese omelette which you can choose to have with a jacket potatoe, chips or salad. I chose the salad and pineapple suprise smoothie. I was very impressed with the food and the service was great as well. Really enjoyed this and will come back again.”

“I came in with left over red hair that had been stripped by another salon giving me half orange and half pink hair. Most of it had frazzled and I was wanting to leave with healthy by blond hair without losing loads of length from it. The results were outstanding, and they listened to everything I could want. My hair looks incredible and after one session with Demi i went to a rose gold colour (no bandage or anything) and healthy looking hair. I was mainly with Demi who did all the highlighting/dying of my hair and then Joanna who cut and helped with the toning. I came in with my 14 week son aswell and the entire time every member of staff made me/him feel welcome and not an inconvenience for being there. “Hands down the best spot in Romford, tucked away on the far side of the market, this little gem is a generational family run cafe, I had a sausage egg and bacon sandwich taken away, it was foodgasmic the bacon was thick back bacon with a light smoke, the egg was runny the sausage was good quality and the crusty English bread was fresh and nourishing slavered in butter and brown sauce. I have been here a few times and think it’s great, and the tea is a good blend with a strong colour just the way I like it not milky and served in a proper cup not those fancy coffee dish’s. Keep up the good work guys.”

“Been in many Nandos and I'm always amazed by the design these guy put up. This one is not exemption. On the day of our arrival waitress was really friendly, guided us through the ordering process and checked on us every now and then. And chicken was mouthwatering, just a delicious meal that was. I went for the salad, apart from my mate having a laugh at me it was perfect! Highly recommend!”

“Easy for to get to by 62 bus stops nearby and train station staff very helpful had a good continental breakfast and a cooked breakfast the next day cook was so helpful ,gluten free bread and museli was available on. Request So much better than liberty bell never got breakfasts often had to get food from the tesco”

“I took my daughter to baby sensory from 10weeks old. She absolutely loved it as did I. First of all it was more for me than her I guess, getting out to the same class every week, I made some lovely mummy friends and as my daughter grew, she realised she had become friends with their children too. Starting from such a young age was so beneficial as we learnt different signs which was great for communication and development and she would always leave exhausted from absorbing everything in the class. She loved all the songs and we would sing them at home too. Every week is different, no 2 classes are the same. We learnt so many different songs and actions and was gutted when she hit 13 months and we graduated. I then went on to take my son once he was born who loved it just as much as his big sister did, I never got bored of it at all. Kelly was our class leader and her positive energy and enthusiasm made the classes what they were. She put 110% effort into every activity we done, she captured my little ones attention from start to finish as she interacts with all the babies through the class. Finding out she was then able to play a part in my sons 1st birthday was literally the icing on the cake. Provided all equipment and instruments for our jungle animal themed party and everyone that came had nothing but amazing feedback for her party. 100% recommend to everyone”

“I have to say, I was very impressed with their burgers. I ordered through Uber Eats and got their Roadhouse Beef Chilli Smash and New York Taxi. Both burgers were delicious. The chilli burger didn't have much chilli inside so could make that improvement but the quality of the beef was very good. The New York Taxi burger was my favourite. Flavoursome, good portion and great toppings. Highly recommend.”
