“Customer service was excellent. Windscreen replacement booked quickly and sorted with my insurance company. Took about 15 mins, if that. Very good communication and I knew exactly when they were coming. Jay did an excellent job in under an hour. Very happy with the service and would recommend.”

“Today, Monday a fantastic experience. I took advantage of my day off to enjoy dinner without the chaotic stress of a Friday or Saturday night at Moon Lounge in Beckenham. In addition to enjoying a romantic atmosphere inside this restaurant, I also took advantage of a generous discount. Excellent staff and service, tidy and clean room and bathroom. Different and very well furnished environments based on the type of evening organised, I chose the restaurant room with a Japanese theme, fantastic. I tried many dishes on the menu (see photo) and the food was excellent, varied and tasty beyond my expectations. The two of us paid 100 pounds but with the food we ordered, 4 or even 5 people would have eaten. For people who like to eat well and without stress, I recommend this restaurant in the first few days of the week, I would go at the weekend just to drink and have some appetizers with friends. I advise.”

“John’s Kitchen is amazing. I usually don’t like some Chinese takeaways because it can be so oily but here they don’t make it oily. Their ho fun and sweet and sour is the best I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend this place”

“Everyone is absolutely wonderful every time I attend. From the door staff to the security they’re very welcoming. Music is also great, it’s a guaranteed good time. Drinks are also reasonably priced too. I’ve never had a bad time here, everyone makes you feel quite welcome. Definitely one to consider if you’re out in the local area.”

“The manager of this store (who I believe is of Indian origin) is an absolute asset to this company and the store itself.The guy definitely leads by example. The experience reminds me shopping in Mumbai market in a traditional ,friendly almost family like manner - he exhibits a great customer service.Always extremely polite and helpful,willing to provide all the information about the products or suggest the alternatives. Some other staff members don't seem to be paying that much attention to customer service.”

“Lisa has been cutting and colouring my hair for 30 years so that says it all. I have naturally curly hair and unlike some hairdressers she listens to the client and takes into account how curly hair will bounce up once it has dried. The salon has a very relaxed feel about it with extremely good prices. All in all I can’t fault it.”
