Service is faultless, extremely welcoming staff, attentive, friendly but not over baring. Their Tuesday/Wednesday evening 2-course menu is such amazing value at £14. “This concerns the quality of provision of Focus Music, not venue hire - I’m concerned that negative reviews of the venue are being linked to the music teaching, which is superb. We now have in-school guitar lessons from Focus Music, having moved away from another provider. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of teaching - a vast improvement on previous experiences.The communication, through the school’s system or direct emailing/phoning/messaging is also first rate. Couldn’t be happier!”

“It a big park, i have visited a few times, environment is nice, there are few sitting places available in the park. Many kids enjoying cycling in the park, though there is a kids playground inside the park. The park is accessible, have few sitting chairs but no public toilets.”

“I brought my teenage daughter and a couple of her friends here for her birthday evening recently and they had a really great time. Based on a few previous visits a long time ago, I wasn’t expecting very much from Namco but booked due to location. I was really pleasantly surprised by our recent visit. The girls had fun bowling, doing AI darts and arcades and enjoyed the food and milk shakes. I was really impressed by how lovely, helpful and attentive all of the staff were throughout - keeping the whole thing running smoothly and helping to make sure that things didn’t feel rushed or stressful, despite me messing up the booking timings slightly. Didn’t catch the staff names unfortunately but in particular the 2 female front desk staff (one had blue hair/piercings) and the bar staff were all really helpful. Very much appreciated, the girls are all keen to return again :)”
