“I wanted to purchase a special handmade blanket for my son. I wanted it to be extremely soft, with a fun print design and large enough to be multi-use. I wanted it to be made from high quality materials so that it will be long lasting. Tinzi’s was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. My son loves his blanket, he uses it now while he is learning to roll around on the floor and then later he can have it as a comforting blanket on his bed. Tinzi’s communication throughout the planning process and attention to detail were exceptional. We agreed on a space/rocket themed material which is so unbelievably soft, and so well sewn, my son will love it for years to come. Thank you Tinzi’s.”

“Absolutely stellar customer service, Seth was first incredibly helpful over the phone, going out his way to give product details so I could see pictures online and not waste a trip as I was 30 mins away. Then in-store, he had the range of products ready for me to view and actually recognised me from the door!! He was very detailed in explanations also, helped in explaining how the leathers age over time and overall just very helpful in his interactions with me. Deon was also very skilled with his wrapping and was very respectful also. Left feeling very grateful and pleased with my purchase. Thank you to the whole team!”

“I came rushing into this store in a mess and a hurry. AirFrance had lost my luggage and I had some important meetings to attend. I had no time and very little patience for shopping. In my frenzied state, I was glaring around for a staff member and locked eyes (unfortunately for her) with ARI, who was probably thinking "Oh dear, what does this angry woman looking like a drowned rat want from me." I have the pleasure of reporting that Ari was absolutely WONDERFUL. All I had to tell her was, "I need 3 jeans, 3 tops, 3 socks, a pair of shoes and a jacket" and with one look, she was away, recommending the precise fits and complementary cuts, and the right colors to create a makeshift capsule wardrobe. Everything flattered, everything worked. I can't believe I actually started enjoying the process! She has SUCH an innate sense of ESSENTIAL and EFFICIENT style with just a pop of subdued flair, that especially for a busy person, she was the perfect personal stylist! Bonus points for showing me how to style the jacket so I don't look like Hugh Hefner in a bathrobe, and an extra MASSIVE thank you for taking the time and trouble to measure, pin, and cut a pair of jeans that were too long! I think I was in and out within 30 minutes thanks to this magnificent individual! ARI YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE LIFESAVER! Dear Mango Management, I hope you check your google reviews, because you're incredibly lucky to have this gem!! With one great hire, you've now made me a Mango fan. May I also point out that your other girls here are lovely as well, and I got a fantastic shoe recommendation from a tall, blonde lady with long hair secured in a low pony tail (apologies for not getting your name!) who's personal recommendation based on the fact she buys a pair of the Mango leather boots every single year, sold me on them. Well done team!”
