Michael was a fantastic salesman he knew what he was talking about and was happy to answer all of our questions whilst giving us the time to explore all their sofas. Can not fault the service after we left and decided to change our minds about the colour. We were told 10-12 weeks waiting time and it arrived on the 11th week. “It is common knowledge that NHS is on its knees and that an average waiting time for an appointment is couple of weeks. That's why I ended up trying to deal with an insect bite turning nasty at home and kept dismissing family suggestions to get medical attention. Finally on a late afternoon on 28/08/25 I called surgery thinking this was going to be a waste of time. Well, it was amazing experience. Lovely and attentive lady receptionist listened and acted with due care. She directed me to another surgery, booked my appointment, send me location. I was seen by a doctor one hour later, got my prescription, was told where to go to get meds at that late hour. Everyone - reception team at Park Way surgery, reception team at Farley Road surgery, doctor at Farley Road surgery - were amazing. And that's not a word I use often in same sentence as "NHS", sadly. I called next day to thank the reception team. I understand the constraints but I can't help to be impressed by my experience.”

“I'm also a resident here, and I feel it's necessary to address the complaints about summer odors from the bin area. While indeed smells were present in the intense heat, the reviews criticizing the concierges failed to mention one crucial fact: the staff keeps that entire basement area absolutely spotless, cleaning and washing every single inch daily. Their effort is tireless. The reality I witness firsthand is that the odor is caused by tenant negligence. Despite having dozens of free brown composting bins available and a large closed bin downstairs for food waste, some residents repeatedly bag up rotting food waste and dump it into the open recycling bins instead. It's fundamentally unfair to blame the concierges for a problem that is 100% dependent on tenants following the very clear and clean waste disposal system provided.”
