“I popped into this branch to find a jumper for my wife. As a man, I’m completely useless at choosing clothes, and nine times out of ten I get it wrong. Today, a young lady asked if she could help. She asked what my wife usually likes and picked out a few tops as suggestions. I chose one, took it home, and my wife absolutely loved it. The assistant was amazing. She introduced herself as Louise, and after speaking to my wife later, it turns out Louise has helped her in the past as well. Louise is a real credit to the Loughton branch. “I use this shop on a daily basis even though theyre slightly higher prices than your average tesco ect you cant put a price on A convenience and B love and care, ive known the lady in the shop since I was pregnant with my son who is nearly 6 years old, shes friendly and helpful always gives my son a nice cuddle they legit call each other my friend and my son, if I am going to the shop I always take my boy cant put a price on their love and friendship, the other staff there are friendly and helpful too. It may be a convenient store to some but to us its family.”
