“Romain is a legend. He's great at making you feel comfortable and well looked after. He's great to chat with and the atmosphere in the salon is relaxed. I feel lucky that this place is nearby and will miss getting my hair cut here if ever I move elsewhere. I've had haircuts from other team members over the years too and they've always been great people. I'm always offered a drink and a hair wash at the start and end of the cut. The only trouble is that Romain can be hard to book! Overhearing his conversations with other clients tells me he's a very popular man!”

Ava was professional, precise, and very attentive when working on the delicate areas around my eyes and forehead. “Anastas from Service Master Kingston arrived right on time and even phoned ahead to confirm. I left him to work unsupervised, and he did an excellent job throughout. He managed to remove small marks from the carpets that I thought were permanent, even though they were just normal wear and tear. He moved furniture carefully and placed mats beneath items to prevent any moisture damage. The carpets now look like new! Denise in the office was also a pleasure to deal with and made everything very straightforward. Four bedrooms, two living rooms, a landing, and two flights of stairs are now spotless. Absolutely delighted with the service — highly recommend Service Master Kingston!”
