They don’t charge any hidden extras. Best of all is that their mot and servicing include full car outside wash and dry which gave such a nice feeling of real servicing the car. My first encounter was a year ago, when I needed my qualification as a vet from University of Bristol confirmed and apostilled in order to submit them to the health authorities in Italy, Because of very complicated bureaucracy in Italy, I had to repeat the exercise a few months ago.
