We had a pretty frustrating experience as FTB, with conveyancing that dragged on for months (sellers even changing solicitors halfway through), but SeOUL were the one highlight. Lisa was on the phone chasing both sets of solicitors, sourcing planning documents from the council, anything she could do to keep the purchase moving forwards. Lost count of how many times I called or emailed but they were never anything but helpful and quick to respond.
