I Rang a few advertised but Toffs dog grooming studio and spa was the only one that appealed to me after I spoke to them. They were very friendly, kind and came across as caring animal lovers. “I stayed here during the Women's Rugby World Cup (Sept 2025) as my usual hotel was full. I was unsure at first having not stayed here before though being familiar as I've had lunch a few times prior to being Warner. The room was clean, fresh and well appointed. Everything you need and with a superb view of the river. Any noise from the nearby road or Heathrow dims intonrhe background when windows are closed. The food at both dinner and breakfast is superb either in the Market Kitchen (buffet style) or Brasserie (served). I'd recommend trying both. Range of options are available and all dietary needs can (and will) be accommodated. Each evening, there is live entertainment provided. For us it was sounds of the 80s and then Billy Black Band. Absolutely superb with at seat service of drinks available. The gym, pool and spa are spot on whether you want a light pleasure pampering or fitness. I was very impressed. The staff cannot do enough to help, always carry a smile, and clearly know what they are doing. The easiest analogy I can make is it's a cruise ship on land. And a bloomin good one. This wasn't a planned stay but I will definitely be back. Very impressed.”

“I absolutely loved this hotel!!! One of my favorites of all time. The location is SUPERB - we wanted posh, and we got posh! Street-noise was low despite being a fairly busy street and it was extremely easy to get around from the hotel. The staff were all lovely and the rooms were beautiful and luxurious. We were warmly welcomed back to the hotel every time with the door held open and the staff was warm, chatting with us about things they recommend checking out. The bed/pillows was one of my favorite aspects of the hotel - SO comfy and a delight to fall into after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the little things they provided such as comfy robes, slippers, sturdy umbrellas, and some complementary mini-bar treats. We initially had an issue with the window not closing fully but the staff came INSTANTLY and fixed it right up. They were overall SO quick with any request we had (such as extra coffee pods, extra silverware) and the room was lovingly cleaned and linens replaced every day. Some things to note but not negatives: the infrastructure is a bit older than some modern hotels, but I found it very charming overall (i.e. the heat/AC controls were a little tricky, the lights were on a funny timer, the room was small-ish, and we could hear some upstairs noise). Nothing deal-breaking at all, just some quirks :) I found this hotel to be a very fair price for what it offers, it lives up to the expectations of a 5-star hotel, and I would absolutely stay here again given the chance. Missing it already!”

Was given to me for a present and finally got to use it , so glad I didn’t waste it Treatment - was amazing and the lady Jess L was so kind and informative. Being a plus size body makes me anxious when getting naked and in this kind of environment. However she made me feel good in myself and massaged me wonderfully. We used the stone message chairs and they are so comfortable and getting a lovely lunch at the end and using the pool and other facilities definitely will be coming back ! And recommend to anyone. Also to made it better my mum couldn’t have a certain treatment so getting a complementary drink was super kind”

My dogs absolutely love her and she always does an excellent job, one of them used to be quite nervous too but Jeannette soon won him over. Just ensure you book your next appointment as she gets booked up. Huge thank you Jeannette and nice and local in Park Street, St.Albans with easy parking fir drop off and pick up.”
