“HGV delivery to this site is a bit tight. Drive in, reverse out and tip from one side on the road. Give the company a call beforehand to check ideal time for delivery to avoid local peak traffic for the local primary/nursery school. Be considerate when parking, it's possible to leave enough room for the public to pass. Everyone was very friendly from my phone call through to delivery. Unloaded very quickly with a Reach from a friendly forkie. However, the jewel in the crown was your employee Luke. Absolutely cracking lad who took all the stress out of reversing safety back out onto the main road, keeping an eye on me, the cars and keeping the public safe at the same time whilst being clear with his signals. Top bloke! Appreciate it.”

“Have to say the staff and customer service is absolutely top notch, super helpful and friendly people, couldn't ask for better! For the price, the pizzas are exceptionally good, vastly prefer the taste of Fat Pizza's Pizza (and quality) to Domino's, and with them constantly offering multiple free pizzas through their app on top of an already surprisingly cheap price, it's fast becoming my favourite place to order from when I get the rumblies. The gentlemen who served me (tall, skinny Asian man) was amazing. He greeted me politely and asked what I needed. Even though the paint I needed wasn’t available he went out of his way to get it for me. He even mixed some for me. I will definitely be coming back here thank you so much for all your help.”

“Great experience shipping a huge order with Siro and the team. Siro responding to my many emails very quickly and helped out when the order was stuck in customs. I shipped 18 boxes and 5 pieces of art and mirrors from the UK and New York. Everything arrived without a scratch and the boxes hardly had any bends in them. It was incredible. This went through Fedex. There was a delay in customs and some times its hard to get updates on the shipment but as far as Pack & Send, they were great the entire way through and would highly recommend.”
