He didn't want to leave until he had got the situation under control. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and advised me on when and where to take photos for insurance purposes. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after. He and a colleague returned first thing the next morning to resolve the situation. My son has special alloy wheels (bespoke) in his Mini Cooper and the locking wheel nut keys were lost so non of the wheels could come off . I tried lots of garages and one in particular tried very hard calling manufacturers as well as buying many types from Amazon Prince from this garage looked after me throughout the process and was able to measure and order bespoke alloy wheel nuts that fired , and very quickly resolved my requirements and I would recommend them for any complex type vehicle work .”

“• Wedding Dress Cleaning Review • Professional, friendly and absolutely amazing service! I hadn’t had my wedding dress cleaned since my big day over 9 years ago. It had dirt marks along the hem from the wedding and had started to develop those strange yellow and black age stains where the dirt had begun to damage the fabric. They managed to remove all the stains and my dress now looks brand new. They even carefully removed the belt beforehand so the stones wouldn’t get damaged during cleaning, then re-sewed it back on perfectly afterwards. I’m so impressed with the result – highly recommend!”

“Popped in late Sunday morning to have a tyre looked at. Ali said it would be around 30 mins as they check all of them when on the ramp (not sure what it's called). Popped down to the coffee shop just past the lights & they were done when I got back. Finished when I returned, no issues found & the tyres were all pumped up. Nothing to pay - which is a surprise but wonderful in this day & age. Excellent service from Ali & Lopez (?), I'll be back when new tyres are needed. Thanks fellas!”
